摘要	基于资源保存理论和工作繁荣的社会嵌入模型,探讨企业数字责任影响工作繁荣的作用机制及边界条件.通过对440名数字零工劳动者的问卷调查和数据分析发现:企业数字责任对数字零工劳动者工作繁荣具有正向影响作用;平台承诺在企业数字责任和工作繁荣之间起到部分中介作用;感知算法评估约束负向调节企业数字责任与平台承诺之间的关系,以及平台承诺在企业数字责任和工作繁荣之间的关系.研究结论为规范平台算法管理、促进零工经济健康发展方面有所帮助.
其他摘要	Based on the theory of resource conservation and the social embedding model of job prosperity,this paper explores the mechanism and boundary conditions of how corporate digital responsibility affects job prosperity.Through a questionnaire survey and data analysis of 440 digital gig workers,it was found that corporate digital responsibility has a positive impact on the prosperity of digital gig workers;The platform promises play a partial intermediary role between corporate digital responsibility and job prosperity;Perceived algorithm evaluation constraints negatively regulate the relationship between corporate digital responsibility and platform commitment,as well as the relationship between platform commitment and corporate digital responsibility and job prosperity.The research conclusion is helpful in standardizing platform algorithm management and promoting the healthy development of the gig economy.
