Based on micro survey data,using employees'satisfaction with salary incentives and personal value as mediating variables,this paper adopts a product coefficient test method to explore.The results show that there is a bidirectional relationship between employees'enthusiasm and salary incentives;employees'satisfaction with salary incentives plays a positive mediating role between salary incentives and employees'work enthusiasm;employees'personal value plays a positive mediating role between salary incentives and employees'work enthusiasm.On this basis,a machine learning algorithm is used to simulate the influencing mechanism of salary incentives on employees'work enthusiasm by inputting relevant values of existing employees'salaries,predict future salary levels,and find the optimal incentive level.It is recommended that enterprises establish a dynamic salary management system,use data science to promote management transformation,customize salary strategies based on occupational groups,and combine them with other non-salary incentive measures.
