摘要	首先，分析概述了铁路物流中心的功能及相关研究方法，结合调研资料，利用灰色模型GM(1,1)预测其未来5年的货运量。其次，基于功能区的类型及货运量，计算各功能区面积，分析物流及非物流关系，总结绘制出线性空间关系图，根据线性空间关系图及现实因素，调整得出功能区布局方案。最后，采取层次分析法对功能区布局方案和原铁路货场进行分析及效果评价。经以上布局规划研究，预计最终布局方案具有提高货运系统的运作效率、拓宽物流服务范围、改善工作环境等多方面效果，能够较好满足R站铁路物流中心未来发展要求，并进一步推动该地区铁路物流业发展。
其他摘要	Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the functions of railway logistics center and related research methods,combined with the research data,the grey model GM(1,1)is used to predict its freight volume in the next 5 years.Then based on the type and freight volume of functional areas,calculate the ar-ea of each functional area,analyze the logistics and non-logistics relations,summarize and draw the linear spatial relationship diagram,according to the linear spatial relationship diagram and realistic factors,adjust the layout plan of functional areas.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to analyze the layout plan of functional areas and the original railway freight yard,and compare the effect evaluation.Af-ter the above layout planning research,it is expected that the final layout plan has the good effect of impro-ving the operation efficiency of the freight system,expanding the scope of logistics services,improving the working environment,etc.,which can better adapt to the future development requirements of railway logis-tics center in R station,and further promote the development of railway logistics industry in the region.
