摘要	随着数字经济的快速发展，数字经济是否能够优化企业资源配置受到学术界的广泛关注。文章基于Hsieh和Klenow的理论框架，构建企业资本和产出扭曲系数，将其作为企业资源错配的代理变量，并在此基础上，利用2013—2020年中国30个省份的数字经济综合发展指数和A股制造业上市企业数据构建面板数据模型，探究数字经济对企业资源配置的影响及作用机制。研究结果显示：数字经济能够显著降低企业资本和产出的扭曲程度，进而优化企业资源配置，且这一作用主要是通过打破市场分割和减少金融摩擦的传导机制实现的。此外，异质性分析结果显示，数字经济对东部地区与非国有企业资本和产出扭曲的改善程度更高。
其他摘要	With the rapid development of the digital economy,whether the digital economy can optimize enterprise resource allocation has been widely concerned by the academic community.Based on the theoretical framework proposed by Hsieh and Kle-now,this paper constructs distortion coefficients for enterprise capital and output as proxy variables for enterprise resource misal-location.On this basis,the paper uses the comprehensive development index of the digital economy of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020 and the data of A-share manufacturing listed companies to construct a panel data model,and explore the impact of the digital economy on enterprise resource allocation and its underlying mechanisms.The research findings reveal that digital economy significantly reduces the distortion level of capital and output,thereby optimizing enterprise resource allocation,and that the effect is primarily achieved by breaking down market segmentation and reducing financial frictions.Additionally,the results of heterogeneity analysis indicate that digital economy has a greater improvement effect on capital and output distortion in the eastern regions and non-state-owned enterprises.
