Taking 126 cross-functional teams as samples,the researchers explored the influence of team func-tional diversity on enterprise innovation performance and its boundary conditions by means of hierarchical regression analysis method.The results show that the diversity of team functions has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,the enterprise culture presents a positive moderating effect on the relationship between team functional diversity and enterprise innovation performance,and team identification plays an intermediary role in the moderating effect of enterprise culture.
