摘要	落实立德树人根本任务，必须将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体、不可割裂。财政学课程思政不仅是响应国家思政教育的要求和号召，也是该课程本身的内容与特点决定培养学生政治认同、国家意识、文化自信、人格养成的必然要求。在《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》教育思想指导下，积极探索财政学课程思政实践路径，对于充分发挥隐性的课程思政与显性的思想政治理论课的协同效应，落实“立德树人”根本任务和“为国理财”这一核心素养理念，实现从以知识为本向以人为本的升华，最终对培养“理公共之财，管公共之事”财税人才具有非常重要的意义。
其他摘要	In order to carry out the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating peo-ple,we must integrate the value molding,knowledge imparting and ability cultivating into one body which cannot be separated.The course of Finance is not only responding to the requirements and calls of the national ideolog-ical and political education,it is also the inevitable requirement of cultivating students'political identity,na-tional consciousness,cultural self-confidence and personality by the content and characteristics of the course it-self.Under the guidance of the educational philosophy of"The Guiding Outline for Ideological and Political Con-struction of Curriculum in Colleges and Universities",we should actively explore the ideological and political practice path of the curriculum of Finance,to give full play to the synergy between the recessive courses of ideo-logical and political theory and the dominant courses of ideological and political theory,to carry out the funda-mental task of"building morality and cultivating people"and the core accomplishment concept of"managing fi-nance for the country",it is of great significance to realize the sublimation from knowledge-oriented to people-o-riented,and finally to cultivate the talents of managing public finance and public affairs.
