From the perspective of green human resource management and focusing on internal and external factors faced by employees,this study analyzed the influence mechanism of leadership pro-social motivation(LPM)-employee environmental perception(EEP)matching on employees'pro-environmental behavior.The combinations of leadership pro-social motivation and employee environmental perception were divided into four categories,and environmental commitment was introduced as an intermediary variable and green values as a moderating variable.The results show that:first,compared with low LPM-low EEP,employees with high LPM-high EEP have higher levels of environmental commitment and pro-environmental behavior;Second,there is no significant difference in environmental commitment and pro-environmental behavior between employees with high LPM-low EEP and those with low LPM-high EEP;Third,environmental commitment plays a partial mediating role in the influence mechanism of leadership pro-social motivation-employees'environmental perception matching on employees'pro-environmental behavior;Fourth,green values play a moderating role in the influence mechanism of leadership pro-social motivation-employees'environmental perception on employees'pro-environmental behavior;Fifth,due to the substitution effect between leaders'pro-social motivation and employees'environmental perception,when leaders'pro-social motivation and employees'environmental perception increase at the same time,employees'environmental commitment and pro-environmental behavior first increase and then decrease,and when both leaders'pro-social motivation and employees'environmental perception reach the highest value,employees'environmental commitment and pro-environmental behavior do not reach the highest level.
