摘要	本文基于产业融合发展理论和产业集群理论，对甘肃省农村产业融合发展与农业产业结构升级水平进行测算，同时对甘肃省农村产业融合发展与农业产业结构升级对农民增收的影响机理进行了验证。研究发现：对甘肃省而言，农村产业融合发展呈现整体上升趋势，市级层面空间变化差异较大；农业产业结构合理化水平整体变化波动较大，农业产业结构高级化水平呈现由基本稳定到缓慢下降再到逐步上升的状态；农村产业融合发展显著促进了农民增收，农业产业结构升级在农村产业融合发展促进农民增收过程中起到中介作用；农村产业融合发展对农村居民人均可支配收入具有长期持续性影响，但对农民增收效应逐渐减小；农村产业融合发展水平对低收入和中低收入群体的收入影响较小，主要促进了中等收入以上农民收入的提高。依据研究结论，本文从多方面提出了农村产业融合发展与农业产业结构升级助力农民增收的政策建议。
其他摘要	Based on the theory of industrial integration development and industrial cluster theory,this paper calculates the levels of rural industrial integration development and agricultural industrial structure upgrading in Gansu province,and verifies the influence mechanism of rural industrial integration development and agricultural industrial structure upgrading on farmers' income increase. The study finds that (1) the development of rural industrial integration in Gansu Province shows an overall upward trend,and the spatial changes at the city level are quite different;(2) the overall change of the rationalization level of agricultural industrial structure fluctuates greatly,and the advancement level of agricultural industrial structure shows a state from steady to slow decline and then to gradual rise;(3) The development of rural industrial integration has significantly promoted the increase of farmers' income,and the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure plays an intermediary role in the process of rural industrial integration development promoting farmers' income;(4) the development of rural industrial integration has a long-term and sustainable impact on the per capita disposable income of rural residents,but the effect on increasing farmers' income is gradually decreasing;(5) the level of rural industrial integration development has little impact on the income of low-income and mid-low income groups,but mainly promotes the increase of farmers' income above the middle income. Based on the research conclusions,the policy recommendations for the integration development of rural industries and the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure to increase farmers' income are proposed from various aspects.
