摘要	当前，我国已经全面消除绝对贫困，正在大力推进乡村振兴战略，部分脱贫群体整体情况还不稳定，仍然存在返贫可能。在全面高质量发展的同时，“相对贫困”依然长期存在。本文以甘肃少数民族地区——卓尼县的相对贫困人口为研究重点，分析了甘肃少数民族地区相对贫困问题及相对贫困人口的识别情况，从而提出了旅游业如何解决相对贫困问题的具体方案。同时，也期望为解决甘肃民族地区相对贫困目前所面临的问题提供指引和思路，从而提高甘肃民族地区相对贫困治理的精准程度，实现民族地区旅游助力乡村振兴，完成持续性减贫工作。
其他摘要	At present,China has completely eliminated absolute poverty and is vigorously promoting the rural vitalization strate-gy.However,the overall situation of some poverty-relief groups is still unstable,and there is still a possibility of returning to poverty.While pursuing comprehensive and high-quality development,"relative poverty"still exists for a long time.This ar-ticle focuses on the poverty-stricken population in Zhuoni County,a minority area in Gansu Province,analyzes the basic situa-tion of relative poverty in Gansu Province and the identification of the relative poor population,and puts forward specific solu-tions on how tourism can contribute to solving the problem of relative poverty.At the same time,it is also expected to provide guidance and ideas for solving the current problems faced by the relatively poor ethnic minority areas in Gansu Province,there-by improving the accuracy of poverty alleviation in these areas,realizing the tourism-driven rural vitalization,and completing the sustainable poverty reduction work.
