摘要	“一带一路”倡议有效带动了沿线区域经济发展，甘肃省作为古丝绸之路的黄金路段迎来了重要的机遇期。但是甘肃省的物流企业特别是数量庞大的小微物流企业发展滞后，限制了紧跟丝绸之路经济带发展的步伐。因此，本文旨在探讨“一带一路”倡议背景下甘肃省小微物流企业的发展策略。分析“一带一路”倡议对甘肃省小微物流企业发展的影响，并通过调查发现目前甘肃省小微物流企业发展中存在的问题，提出了加快数字化转型、优化人才环境、与大中型物流企业合作寻求发展等策略。研究丰富了小微企业发展领域的研究，为甘肃省小微物流企业发展提供一定的启示。
其他摘要	The"Belt and Road"Initiative effectively promoted the regional economic development along the route,and Gansu Province,as the Golden Section of the ancient Silk Road,ushered in an important period of opportunity.However,the logistics enterprises in Gansu province,especially the large number of small logistics enterprises lag behind,seriously affecting the long-term and strategic development of the Silk Road economic belt.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the development strategy of Gansu micro-logistics enterprises under the background of"Belt and Road"Initiative.To analyze the impact of the"Belt and Road"Initiative on the development of small and micro logistics enterprises in Gansu province,and to find out the existing problems in the development of small and micro logistics enterprises in Gansu province through investigation,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as speeding up the digital transformation,optimizing the talent environment and seeking the development in cooperation with large and medium-sized logistics enterprises.The research enriches the studies on the development of small and micro enterprises,and provides some enlightenment for the development of small and micro logistics enterprises in Gansu province.
