新媒体发展的日新月异和我国由老龄化社会向深度老龄化社会的快速转变， 为我国的数字适老化事业的推进提出了巨大挑战。而因我国区域以及城乡发展不 均衡等因素所导致的老年人群体内部的差异，让当前身处西部欠发达乡镇地区老 年人的数字融入现状为社会所关注。 本文从区域以及城乡发展不平衡的视角出发，采用问卷调查法和深度访谈的 方法对地处西部欠发达地区的西坡镇老年人的手机 APP 使用现状进行调查研究 主要研究内容包括，西坡镇老年人手机 APP 的使用现状和使用中存在的问题，以 及产生这些问题的原因。通过调查研究发现西坡镇的老年人在手机 APP 的使用现 状具体表现为，在 APP 的使用上主要以微信和抖音这类的社交和短视频软件为 主，他们对手机 APP 的使用目的主要为社交和娱乐放松为主。其次，西坡镇老年 人在使用手机 APP 进行数字融入时出现的问题主要表现为，硬件设备接入质量较 差，使用手机 APP 的水平低以及缺乏使用手机 APP 的相关知识。而造成以上问题 的成因主要包括经济因素、健康因素、家庭因素以及老年人自身数字素养因素和 社会因素的共同作用。 通过结合以上问题，笔者分别从政府、企业、家庭这三个角度提出了促进老 年人数字融入的建议与措施。主要包括，政府层面加大基础建设和数字惠老政策 的补贴力度；以及调动基层社区力量和发挥舆论引导提高社会认知；企业层面从 老年人的需求角度出发，开发适老产品；履行社会责任，扩大适老内容生产；提 高宣传力度。而家庭层面，则为提高数字反哺意识；以及以从技能；能力和态度 三个层面提高老年人的数字素养。 

The rapid development of new media and the rapid transformation of China from an aging society to a deeply aging society have posed enormous challenges for the advancement of China's digital aging industry. The internal differences among the elderly population caused by factors such as uneven urban-rural development have attracted social attention to the digital life of elderly people in rural areas. This article starts from the perspective of imbalanced urban-rural development, and uses questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to investigate the use of mobile apps by the elderly in Xipo Town. The main research content includes the current situation of mobile app use among the elderly in Xipo Town, the existing problems in use, and the reasons for these problems. Through investigation and research, it is found that the use of mobile APP by the elderly in rural areas is mainly social and short video software such as WeChat and Tiktok, and their use of mobile APP is mainly for social interaction and entertainment. Secondly, the problems that elderly people in Xipo Town encounter when using mobile apps for digital integration are mainly manifested as poor hardware device access quality, low proficiency in using mobile apps, and a lack of relevant knowledge in 兰州财经大学硕士学位论文 西坡镇老年人手机 APP 使用现状研究 using mobile apps. The main reasons for the above problems include economic factors, health factors, family factors, as well as the combined effect of the elderly's own digital literacy factors and social factors. Based on the above issues, the author proposes suggestions and measures to promote the digital integration of the elderly from three perspectives: government, enterprises, and families. Mainly including increasing subsidies for infrastructure construction and digital elderly care policies at the government level; And mobilize grassroots community forces and leverage public opinion guidance to enhance social awareness; From the perspective of the needs of the elderly at the enterprise level, develop age appropriate products; Fulfilling social responsibilities and expanding the production of elderly friendly content; Increase publicity efforts. At the family level, it is to enhance the awareness of digital feedback; And from skills; Improve the digital literacy of elderly people from three aspects: ability and attitude.
