摘要

进入新世纪以来,伴随中国经济的高速发展与传播技术的层层迭代,财经媒体已然成为中国社会经济发展的“晴雨表”与“风向标”,并时刻回应着来自日新月异传播生态的挑战。在市场化、信息化、数智化进程中,以第一财经为代表的传统主流财经媒体,不断摸索前进,也反映着于不同发展阶段存在的问题和弊端。身处大众化与专业化的矛盾漩涡,裹挟于数字化与智能化的时代浪潮,传统主流财经媒体如何在平衡经济效益与社会效益基础之上,通过融合转型实现自身竞争优势的重塑,完成涅槃与破局。
    依据第一财经20年成长历程中面对的不同社会环境及自身发展特征,将发展历程划分为四个阶段:2003年—2014年,中国经济的数年疾行与第一财经的崛起阶段;2014年—2015年,社交媒体的冲击与第一财经的阵痛阶段;2015年—2022年,制度政策的引航与第一财经的破局阶段;2022年以后,数智技术的驱动与第一财经的拓维阶段。四个阶段,伴随不同历史时期的经济环境、国家政策、市场需求、技术支持,每个阶段都呈现出与媒介环境变化相呼应的一财答卷。

纵观第一财经20年的发展历程,本质上是其作为一种媒介生命体,在不断变化的媒介生态中汲取养分,于多元财经媒体种群竞争格局中脱颖而出,并藉内容为王、用户至上、融合转型、数智转向而生发的从无到有、从有到优的专业财经媒体成长之路。从纷繁芜杂的史料背后,理性推演其内在演变逻辑,以深度参与式的田野观察和广泛的业内人士深度访谈为依据,探索作为国内财经媒体翘楚的第一财经的成长变迁历程,以充分了解新世纪以来财经媒体发展的多重历史与现实背景,诠释推动我国传统主流财经媒体崛起、转型、延续、繁荣的多重社会控制,揭示各个发展阶段的主要特征,管窥以第一财经为代表的传统主流财经媒体,在国家经济体制及传播环境不断变革的时代下,媒介成长的真实景象,进而探讨我国传统主流财经媒体未来发展的应循之路。这既是第一财经的媒体发展史,也折射出中国财经媒体20年沿革与社会要素的多元、复杂互动关系,这是一种记录与回溯,也是一次探究与展望

英文摘要

Since the beginning of the new century, along with the rapid development of China's economy and the iteration of communication technology, the financial media has become the "barometer" and "wind vane" of China's social and economic development, and has always responded to the challenges of the ever-changing communication ecology. In the process of marketization, informatization and digitalization, the traditional mainstream financial media, represented by Yicai Media Group, have been groping their way forward and reflecting the problems and drawbacks that existed at different stages of development. In the vortex of the contradiction between massification and specialization, and wrapped in the wave of the era of digitalization and intelligence, how can the traditional mainstream financial media achieve the reshaping of their own competitive advantages through integration and transformation, and complete the nirvana and breakthrough on the basis of balancing the economic and social benefits.

Based on the different social environments faced by Yicai Media Group in its 20 years of growth and its own development characteristics, the development process is divided into four stages: 2003-2012, the rise of  Yicai Media Group in the wake of several years of China's economic growth; 2012-2014, the pain stage of Yicai Media Group in the wake of the impact of social media; 2014-2020, the

From 2012 to 2014, the impact of social media and pain stage; from 2014 to 2020, the navigation of institutional policies and breakthrough stage; and after 2020, the drive of digital technology and broadening stage. Each of the four phases, accompanied by different historical periods, economic environments, national policies, market demands, and technical support, presents a Caixin answer sheet that echoes the changes in the media environment.

Throughout the 20-year development history of China Business News, it is essentially a professional financial media growth path from scratch, from existence to excellence, as a media organism that draws nourishment from the ever-changing media ecosystem, stands out in the competitive pattern of diversified financial media populations, and develops through content as the king, users as the most important thing, convergence and transformation, and digital wisdom steering. From the back of the complicated historical materials, we rationally deduce its internal evolution logic, we explore the history of the growth and change of Yicai Media Group as a leading financial media in China, so that we can fully understand the history and multiple realities of the development of the financial media since the new century. In order to fully understand

 

historical and multiple realistic backgrounds of the development of financial media since the new century, interpret the multiple social controls that have driven the rise, transformation, continuation, and prosperity of China's traditional mainstream financial media, reveal the main features of each development stage, and take a peek at the real scene of the growth of the mainstream traditional financial media, represented by Yicai Media Group, in the era of the continuous change of the country's economic system and the communication environment, and then explore the way of future development of China's traditional mainstream financial media, and seek for a solution to the problems of the traditional mainstream financial media in the future. We will then explore the future development of traditional mainstream financial media in China, and seek for a long-term strategy of coexistence with China's socio-economic, political, and technological environments. This is not only the media development history of Yicai Media Group, but also reflects the diversified and complex interaction between China's financial media and social elements over the past 20 years, which is a kind of record and retrospection, as well as an inquiry and outlook.
