        近年来，短视频作为网络时代的新型媒介，以其新颖的表现形式和强大的传播力拓展了互联网信息生产与传播的边界。其中，知识类短视频目前已成为短视频领域的重要类型之一，也是“知识+视频媒介”的创新实践，在这一类型的短视频作品中，“罗翔说刑法”作为取得了优秀传播效果和社会评价的典型案例，很好的体现了以视频为主流媒介的互联网时代的知识发展，在同类型作品中具有代表性。

        本研究系统梳理了短视频在当前互联网时代下的创作与传播趋势，以及顺应网络环境发展所作出的价值转向，分析了知识类短视频的发展动向及其个阶段成因，据此总结了知识类短视频在目前发展过程中存在的问题，并以典型案例“罗翔说刑法”为例，对其内容生产过程中展现出的视听、内容等各个环节和要素进行了详细分析，在此基础上进一步探究了知识类短视频内容生产在题材选择、内容创作、传播效果和社会责任等方面的优化策略，以期对相关领域的理论研究和现实应用提供有效的方向指引和实践借鉴，推动知识类短视频的蓬勃发展。

        In recent years, short videos, as a new medium in the internet era, have expanded the boundaries of internet information production and dissemination with their novel forms of expression and strong dissemination power. Among them, knowledge-based short videos have become one of the important types in the field of short videos, and they are also innovative practices of "knowledge + video media". Among this type of short video works, "Luo Xiang Talks about Criminal Law" is a typical case that has achieved excellent dissemination effects and social evaluation. It well reflects the knowledge development in the internet era with videos as the mainstream medium, and it is representative among similar works.

        This study systematically sorts out the creation and dissemination trends of short videos in the current internet era, as well as the value shifts made in response to the development of the network environment. It analyzes the development trends of knowledge-based short videos and the reasons for their various stages. Based on this, it summarizes the problems existing in the current development process of knowledge-based short videos. Taking the typical case of "Luo Xiang Talks about Criminal Law" as an example, it conducts a detailed analysis of the audio-visual, content, and other aspects and elements displayed in its content production process. On this basis, it further explores the optimization strategies of knowledge-based short video content production in terms of topic selection, content creation, dissemination effects, and social responsibility, aiming to provide effective direction guidance and practical reference for theoretical research and practical applications in related fields, and promote the vigorous development of knowledge-based short videos.
