摘 要

随着我国市场经济的不断发展，国家为妥善化解各地方政府与日俱增的债务风险，进一步加快了推进地方投融资平台不断改革和转型的进程。在当前新的经济形势下，这些地方投融资平台均面临着较为严峻的市场竞争压力与生存持续性的挑战，亟需通过自身的转型升级来促进其可持续健康发展。因此，为了促进地方投融资平台顺应市场经济的变化与确保国有资本的稳步增值，加快推进地方投融资平台通过市场化转型来增强核心竞争力与持续造血能力变得迫在眉睫。

基于此，本文拟为LS市投融资平台公司在市场化转型方面提出优化策略建议为主要研究内容。首先通过分析总结大量有关地方投融资平台转型发展研究的文献资料，整理归纳各类不同视角、观点，提炼出本次研究所需用到的概念与理论基础。其次，结合我国地方投融资平台的发展历程与发展现状，通过对相关利益对象以及投融资领域专家的实际访谈调研情况，归纳出现阶段LS市投融资平台公司在市场化转型方面主要存在的现代化治理不健全、资金流情况不理想、面临较大偿债压力、营收获利能力较弱四个方面问题，并进行了对应的原因分析。
