摘要	党的十九大报告指出，当前我国正处于经济发展方式转变、经济增长动力转换的关键时期，并明确地将绿色发展作为推动经济高质量发展的关键动力。故本文以空间视角为切入点，围绕“绿色金融对经济高质量发展的空间效应分析”这一主题展开研究。首先，在综合国内外研究文献的基础上，本文界定了绿色金融与经济高质量发展的概念，并对相关理论进行了概述。其次，基于 2012-2021 年我国30 个省市区（不含西藏和港澳台）的面板数据，利用熵值法构建全面评估绿色金融与经济高质量发展的综合体系，并基于此体系进一步建立具备双向固定效应的空间杜宾模型。该模型旨在深入剖析绿色金融对经济高质量发展的空间影响及其在不同地域间的传递效应。为确保研究结果的稳定性，本文采用了替换核心被解释变量和调整空间权重矩阵的方法。通过理论与实证检验，本文得出以下结论：（1）总体来看，我国绿色金融发展程度与经济的高质量发展之间在空间层面呈现出显著的关联性。这不论是从地域还是经济的角度看，都能为区域内的经济高质量发展提供支撑。（2）绿色金融不仅对高质量经济发展具有直接贡献，同时也带来了间接的空间外溢效应。无论是受到邻接距离、经济距离加权还是两者结合的影响，绿色金融在促进区域经济实现高质量发展的过程中都发挥着至关重要的作用，其贡献显著。此外，通过加强信息化程度、提高市场化水平以及提升绿色技术创新能力，绿色金融为区域经济的稳健发展提供了有力支撑。（3）绿色金融对经济高质量发展的促进效应在不同地域间表现出明显的差异性。特别是在东部地区，绿色金融的蓬勃发展不仅显著提升了经济增长的质量，而且其催化效果明显优于中西部地区。基于此，本研究着重于完善绿色金融结构、搭建多层面的绿色金融服务平台，制定差异化的绿色金融区域策略、强化各区域间的金融协作，以及为加速地方政府在绿色金融政策方面的制定与实施，提出了一系列相关的建议。
英文摘要	The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that my country is currently in the critical period of economic development and economic growth power conversion, and clearly uses green development as a key driving force for promoting high -quality economic development. Therefore, this article takes a research on the point of entry from the perspective of space, focusing on the theme of "analysis of green finance on high -quality economic development of the economy". First of all, on the basis of comprehensive domestic and foreign research documents, this article defines the concept of high -quality development of green finance and economy, and summarizes related theories. Secondly, based on 2012-2021, panel data of 30 provinces and cities in my country (excluding Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), use the entropy value method to build a comprehensive system for comprehensive evaluation of high-quality development of green finance and economy. Two -way fixed effect space Dubin model. The model aims to thoroughly analyze the impact of green finance on the high -quality economic development and its transmission effects between different regions. In order to ensure the stability of the research results, the method of replacing the core is explained and the adjustment of the space weight matrix is adopted. Through the theoretical and empirical inspection, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) In general, the degree of development of my country's green financial development and the high -quality development of the economy in the spatial level show a significant relevance. From the perspective of regional and economic perspectives, it can provide supportfor the high -quality economic development in the region. (2) Green finance not only contributes to the development of high -quality economy, but also brings indirect space overflow effects. Regardless of the combination of adjacent distance, weighted economic distance, or the combination of the two, Green Finance plays a vital role in promoting the regional economy to achieve high -quality development, and its contribution is significant. By strengthening the level of informationization, improving the level of marketization, and improving the innovation capacity of green technology, green finance provides strong support for the steady development of the regional economy. (3) The promotion effect of green finance on high -quality economic development shows obvious differences between different regions. Especially in the eastern region, the booming development of green finance not only significantly improves the quality of economic growth, but its catalytic effect is significantly better than the central and western regions. Based on this, this study focuses on improving the green financial structure, building a multi -level green financial service platform, formulating differentiated green financial regional strategies, strengthening financial collaboration between regions, and formulating the formulation of local governments in terms of green financial policy. With implementation, a series of related suggestions are made.
