十四五发展规划中围绕发展目标，明确提出当前发展的重点任务之一就是加快产品创新和产业化技术突破，促进创新驱动发展转型，培育发展新动能。医药行业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，是关系和谐社会构建的重要行业。当前我国医药行业规模不断扩大，企业之间的市场竞争更加激烈。只有探索新的运营模式，企业才能在激烈的市场竞争中立足。轻资产运营模式凭借其独特优势受到诸多企业的青睐，使企业实现了轻量化前行。企业选择合理的运营模式可以改善企业的经营业绩，提升公司的价值创造能力，保障企业的长期可持续发展。

本文选取丽珠集团为研究对象，对国内外关于轻资产运营模式和企业价值创造的研究现状、相关概念和理论进行梳理总结。其次介绍丽珠集团的基本情况，实施轻资产运营模式的动因以及企业在轻资产运营模式下的财务特征，突出企业采用轻资产运营模式的必要性。之后主要从运营模式驱动战略布局，战略布局优化资源配置，资源配置助力盈利驱动三个方面分析丽珠集团实现价值创造的具体过程，并从财务指标、经济增加值以及非财务指标等方面对企业实现的价值创造效果进行综合评价。结果表明轻资产运营模式对企业的价值创造产生了相对积极的影响。最后得出结论与启示，进一步归纳经验并总结不足。

通过研究发现：轻资产运营模式整体上对企业实现价值创造发挥着重要的作用，符合丽珠集团的发展需求；轻资产运营模式能够加强企业的核心竞争力，有助于优化企业的资产结构；但同时轻资产运营模式存在优化的的空间，企业需要根据具体情况适时地加以调整，探索最适合自身发展的轻资产运营模式，并不断对其进行优化。希望通过本文对丽珠集团在轻资产运营模式下实现价值创造的分析，能够为医药行业中其他企业的转型升级提供一定借鉴和参考，从而推动我国医药行业长久可持续的发展。

Fourteenth Five-Year Development Plan around the development goals, clearly put forward the current development of one of the key tasks is to accelerate product innovation and industrialisation of technological breakthroughs, to promote innovation-driven development and transformation, and to cultivate new kinetic energy for development.The importance of the pharmaceutical industry is self-evident, it is not only an important pillar of the national economy, but also directly related to the life and health of the people.It is also an important industry related to the construction of a harmonious society.The current scale of China's pharmaceutical industry continues to expand, the market competition between enterprises is more intense. Only by exploring new operation modes can enterprises gain a foothold in the fierce market competition. Asset-light operation mode by virtue of its unique advantages favoured by many enterprises, so that enterprises to achieve a lightweight forward. Enterprises can choose a reasonable operation mode to improve their business performance, enhance their value creation ability, and ensure the long-term sustainable development of the enterprise.

This paper selects Livzon Group as the research object and summarise the relevant literature on the state of the art in domestic and international research and organise the key concepts and related theories. Secondly, it presents the overview of Livzon Group, transformation drivers and specific financial features under the asset-light operating model, so as to highlight the necessity for the enterprise to adopt the asset-light operation pattern.The following analysis shows how the company specifically creates value from three aspects, namely, strategic layout driven by the operation mode, optimized resource allocation by the strategic layout, and profit-driven by the resource allocation, and make a comprehensive evaluation of the value creation effect of Livzon Group from the aspects of financial indexes, economic added value and non-financial indexes. The research has shown that the asset-light operation model has demonstrated a more effective contribution to the value creation process of enterprises.Finally, conclusions and insights are drawn to further summarise the experiences and shortcomings.

Through the study, it is found that the asset-light operation mode plays an important role in realizing value creation of the enterprise, which is in line with the development needs of Livzon Group; It can also enhance the unique advantages and capabilities of enterprises in market competition, and help to optimize the asset structure of the enterprise; at the same time, there is room for optimization of the asset-light operation mode, and the enterprise needs to make timely adjustments according to the specific situation, explore the asset-light operation mode which is the most suitable for its own development, and continuously make improvements to it.
