       党的二十大报告明确指出，中国要“着力提升产业链供应链的韧性和安全水
平”。为深刻理解全球产业链、供应链、价值链变革发展趋势，科学制定国家发
展战略具有重大意义。
      产业链由上下游相关企业联结构成，企业是增强产业链韧性的重要切入点。
本文采用案例分析法，以海康威视信息技术有限公司为对象，探讨产业链韧性对
高新技术企业创新绩效的影响。为此，本文首先对产业链、产业链韧性、企业创
新绩效的概念进行阐释和界定，根据韧性理论、技术创新理论和内生增长理论归
纳得出产业链韧性的要素结构包含“四力”，即抵抗力、恢复力、控制力和竞争
力，并结合相关理论和研究文献，构建创新绩效指标体系。其次，通过中国安防
行业的产业链整体结构，了解海康威视的产业链布局，分析其产业链的韧性表现，探求产业链韧性对海康威视创新绩效的影响机理。最后，选取创新绩效评价指标和创收成果评价指标，根据海康威视近年来在 R&D 投入、创新过程、R&D 创收等方面的变化趋势与同行业对比，分析海康威视提升产业链韧性对创新绩效的影响效果。研究发现，海康威视在增强产业链自主可控能力的过程中，驱动企业创新能力的提升，实现创收阶段绩效的增加。因此，在面向同行业其他企业根植于产业链韧性以强化企业创新能力时提出，应优化组织结构和营运流程、拓宽创新业务服务领域、释放产才融合虹吸效应、重视股权激励和基础研发等建议，以期为增强产业链的自主可控能力，促进创新成果转化，提高企业创新绩效提供参考。

       The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of
China clearly pointed out that China should "strive to improve the
resilience and security level of the industrial chain and supply chain." In
order to deeply understand the change and development trend of the
global industrial chain, supply chain and value chain, it is of great
significance to formulate national development strategies scientifically.
        The industrial chain is composed of upstream and downstream
related enterprises, and enterprises are an important entry point to
enhance the resilience of the industrial chain. Taking Hikvision
Information Technology Co., Ltd. as the object, this paper uses case
analysis to explore the impact of industry chain resilience on innovation
performance of high-tech enterprises. To this end, this paper first explains
and defines the concepts of industrial chain, industrial chain resilience
and enterprise innovation performance, and concludes that the element
structure of industrial chain resilience includes "four forces", namely
resistance, resilience, control and Competitiveness, according to the
resilience theory, technological innovation theory and endogenous growth  theory. In addition, the innovation performance indicator system is constructed by combining relevant theories and research literature.
Secondly, through the overall industrial chain structure of China's securityindustry, understand the industrial chain layout of Hikvision, analyze the
toughness of its industrial chain, and explore the impact mechanism of
industrial chain toughness on Hikvision's innovation performance. Finally,
the innovation performance evaluation index and income generation
achievement evaluation index are selected to analyze the impact of
Hikvision's upgrading of industry chain personnel on innovation
performance according to the change trend of Hikvision's R&D
investment, innovation process and R&D income generation in recent
years compared with the same industry. It is found that Hikvision
promotes the innovation ability of enterprises in the process of enhancing
the independent and controllable ability of industrial chain, and realizes
the increase of performance in the income-generating stage.Therefore,
when facing other enterprises in the same industry rooted in the toughness
of the industrial chain to strengthen their innovation ability, we should
optimize the organizational structure and operation process, broaden the
innovative business service field, release the siphon effect of the
integration of production and talent, pay attention to equity incentives and basic research and development, and so on, in order to provide reference for strengthening the independent and controllable ability of the industrial  chain, promoting the transformation of innovation achievements and  improving the innovation performance of enterprises.
