摘要	新一代数字技术蓬勃发展，世界经济处于转型升级阶段，我国家电企业抓住数字化转型机遇纷纷开展海外并购活动，但一直以来并购成功率不高。选取成功开展海外并购活动的美的作为案例，通过EVA经济增加值与非财务指标对并购绩效进行分析，发现该并购具有正向效应。基于此，提出企业在并购过程中应实施的对策建议：与东道国沟通，积极推动并购进程；明确自身企业定位，合理选择并购目标；合理规划整合模式，充分发挥协同效应；分析并购潜在收益，拓宽企业发展视野。以期为其他家电企业开展海外并购活动提供参考借鉴。
其他摘要	The new generation of digital technology is boomi-ng,and the world economy is in the stage of transformation and upgrading.Chinese household appliance enterprises have seized the opportunity of digital transformation to carry out overseas M&A activities,but the success rate of M&A has been low.Taking Midea,which has successfully carried out overseas M&A activities,as a case,the EVA economic added value and non-financial indicators are used to analyze the M&A performance,and it is found that the M&A has a positive effect.Based on this,three suggestions are put forward:enterprises should clearly position themselves in the process of merger and acquisition,and reasonably choose the target of merger and acquisition;Scientific planning of integration mode,give full play to the synergistic effect;Analyze the potential benefits of merger and acquisition to broaden the horizons of enterprise development.In order to provide reference for Chinese household appliance enterprises to carry out overseas M&A activities.
