摘要	文章基于DEA-SBM模型将能源足迹纳入非期望产出测算黄河流域各省的绿色能源效率，借助Tobit模型对绿色能源效率影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明：(1)在研究期内，黄河流域绿色能源效率呈现“先上升-后下降-再上升”的波动趋势特征；(2)空间上，绿色能源效率地区差异较大：2020年，黄河流域平均效率值为0.86，下游效率值为1，中游效率值为0.92，接近黄河流域平均效率值，上游效率值为0.77;(3)科技创新对绿色能源效率在10%的水平上具有积极推动作用；政府干预程度、环境规制在5%的显著水平上对绿色能源效率具有负向作用。
其他摘要	Based on the DEA-SBM model,this article incorporates energy footprint into the calculation of green energy efficiency in various provinces of the Yellow River Basin,and employs the Tobit model to empirically analyze the factors influencing green energy efficiency.The results indicate:(1)The green energy efficiency in the Yellow River Basin shows a fluctuating trend of"up-down-up"during the study period;(2)There is significant regional variation in green energy efficiency spatially.In 2020,the average efficiency value in the Yellow River Basin was 0.86,with downstream efficiency at 1,midstream at 0.92,close to the average efficiency value of the Yellow River Basin,and upstream at 0.77;(3)Technological innovation positively contributes to green energy efficiency at a 10%significance level;government intervention and environmental regulations negatively affect green energy efficiency at a 5%significance level.
