摘要	摘要随着国家烟草总局提出全力推动行业高质量发展和现代化建设，烟草工业企业都意识到了产品质量是公司的立足之本，想要不断推动卷烟产品质量上水平，必须进一步增强质量意识，总结质量管理经验，完善质量管理体系。兰州卷烟厂同样也将产品质量放在了公司发展的第一位。本文以兰州卷烟厂为研究对象，探讨了其质量管理体系的优化问题。首先介绍了研究的背景和目的，以及国内外研究现状。然后分析了相关概念、方法和理论基础，包括全面质量管理理论、ISO9000质量管理体系。接着分别列举了管理职责现状、产品实现现状、测量分析改进现状和仓储物流现状。通过现状总结出兰州卷烟厂目前在质量管理体系中出现的问题，同时，对质量管理体系中存在的问题进行了原因分析，总结为三个大类，分别是技术因素、管理因素和人力资源因素。在此基础上，提出了兰州卷烟厂质量管理体系优化的对策，包括技术方面的更新生产设备和引入先进的生产技术，管理方面的优化管理体系结构和引入先进的质量管理理念和方法，以及人力资源方面的加强员工培训和构建以质量为核心的企业文化。最后，得出结论并展望未来的研究方向。论文提出的质量管理体系优化研究措施，对提高兰州卷烟厂产品品质，减少生产运营成本，提升兰州卷烟厂质量管控能力及客户满意度等有着积极意义。本文的研究分析，相关生产过程及质量管理方式在制造业中具有一定代表性，文中卷烟产品质量管理研究方法与优化措施，对甘肃烟草工业有限责任公司下辖的天水卷烟厂有一定借鉴意义。关键词：卷烟生产企业质量管理体系优化对策
英文摘要	Abstract With the State Tobacco Administration put forward to promote the high-quality development and modernization of the industry, tobacco industry enterprises are aware that product quality is the company's base, want to continue to promote the quality of cigarette products on the level, must further improve quality awareness, summarize quality management experience, improve quality management system. Lanzhou cigarette Factory is also eager to improve the quality of its products. Taking Lanzhou Cigarette Factory as the research object, this paper discusses the optimization of its quality management system. Firstly, the background and purpose of the research are introduced, as well as the research status at home and abroad. Then it analyzes related concepts, methods and theoretical basis, including total quality management theory, lean quality management theory, ISO9000 quality management system. Then it lists the status quo of management responsibilities, product realization, measurement analysis and improvement, and warehousing and logistics. Based on the current situation, the problems in the quality management system of Lanzhou Cigarette Factory are obtained. At the same time, the causes of the problems in the quality management system are analyzed and summarized into three categories, namely, technical factors, management factors and human resources factors. On this basis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the quality management system of Lanzhou Cigarette Factory, including updating the production equipment and introducing advanced production technology, optimizing the management system structure in management and introducing advanced quality management concepts and methods, strengthening staff training in human resources and building a quality-centered corporate culture. Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the future research direction is prospected. The research measures of quality management system optimization proposed in this paper have positive significance for improving product quality of Lanzhou Cigarette Factory, reducing production and operation cost, improving quality control ability of Lanzhou cigarette factory and customer satisfaction. The research and analysis of this paper shows that relevant production processes and quality management methods are representative in the manufacturing industry. The research methods and optimization measures of cigarette production quality management in this paper have certain reference significance for Tianshui Cigarette Factory under the jurisdiction of Gansu Tobacco Industry Co., LTD.
