Core competitiveness is the unique advantage and decision-making power of an enterprise,which is extremely important for the long-term development of an enterprise,whether it is the conflict competition within an enterprise or the cooperation competition within an enterprise,core competitiveness plays an extremely important role in an enterprise.By consulting and summarizing the relevant theories,connotations, characteristics and components of enterprise core competitiveness at home and abroad,based on the review of relevant literature and the suggestions put forward by authoritative experts,taking Lanzhou New Area Commercial Investment Group as the research object,through the analysis of its operating environment and value chain,it is concluded that the core competitiveness of the group is composed of five different dimensions:market development ability,management ability,innovation ability,resource integration ability,corporate culture,and 15 specific evaluation indicators.Through the interview method, the score that affects the core competitiveness of commercial investment Group is evaluated, and the evaluation analysis shows that the core competitiveness of commercial investment Group is at the average level.It can be concluded that commercial investment Group needs to strengthen its corporate advantages,improve its market expansion ability and enterprise management ability,improve its corporate culture,strengthen its innovation awareness,improve its innovation ability and resource integration ability,so as to achieve the goal of improving its core competitiveness as a whole,and ensure the implementation of the promotion strategy from the four aspects of capital,system,talent and culture,it is of great significance for commercial investment Group to build a large scale,establish a solid industry,strengthen the main business, rationally plan the industrial layout,and maintain sustainable competitive advantage.
