摘要

  随着数字经济时代来临,人类生产生活日益信息化、网络化和智能化,数字经济活动对提高生产效率、降低交易成本作用显著,数字化进程正重塑人们之间的互动方式,改变着社会经济结构和传统商业模式。近年来,我国数字经济的规模稳步提升,对国民经济的支撑作用愈加突出,数字经济已由经济高质量发展的新动能向关键发展要素转变。数据要素与传统要素相融合为优化市场化配置方式带来新契机,企业生产场所从实体空间扩展到网络空间。数字经济发展增进了我国省份之间的经济联系,对构建区域经济发展新格局、助推经济高质量发展影响深远。在数字经济发展的空间格局正发生显著变化的背景下,研究我国数字经济的区域关联规律及其影响因素具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。

  数字经济是以数据资源作为关键要素的新经济形态,从2014年“大数据”概念被首次写入我国政府工作报告到2020年中央明确将数据作为推动国民经济发展的五大要素之一,我国数字经济在国家宏观政策指引下发展速度之快和影响程度之深前所未有。故本研究选择以2014—2020年为样本期,通过构建引力模型和借助泰尔指数对我国数字经济的联系强度及其空间不平衡性进行测算,并在此基础上运用社会网络分析方法对我国数字经济区域关联网络的结构特征进行比较分析,更进一步使用二次指派程序对影响数字经济区域关联的因素进行实证检验。研究发现:第一,我国数字经济的联系强度逐年上升且空间分异明显,省份间经济联系具有非双向性和空间毗邻性。东部地区对我国数字经济联系强度的总体差异影响很大,而中西部地区对总体差异的影响十分微弱。第二,我国数字经济发展的外溢效应显著提升,处于关联网络中心位置的省份不断增多,单个省份对整体网络的控制能力趋于弱化,且网络中始终存在经济孤立发展节点。第三,我国数字经济关联网络已形成四大板块,板块之间联系密切而板块内部联系微弱,大多数省份在关联网络所扮演的板块角色具有延续性。第四,经济发展水平的地区差异是影响我国数字经济区域关联的关键因素,数字经济的空间关联会随地理距离的增加而衰减,数字产业、企业经营环境、产业结构等因素在建立数字经济联系中发挥了重要作用,而样本考察期内数字基础的地区差异对数字经济区域关联影响不明显。为此,本文提出要加强欠发达地区数字基础设施建设、制定数字经济区域差异化发展战略、提升我国数字经济整体发展水平和建立区域协调发展联动机制等发展思路。

英文摘要

    With the advent of the digital economy era, human production and life are becoming increasingly informationized, networked, and intelligent. Digital economic activities play a significant role in improving production efficiency and reducing transaction costs. The digital process is reshaping how people interact, changing the social and economic structure and traditional business models. In recent years, the scale of China's digital economy has steadily increased, and its supporting role in the national economy has become increasingly prominent. The digital economy has shifted from a new driving force for high-quality economic development to a key development factor. Integrating data and traditional elements brings new opportunities for optimizing market-oriented allocation methods and expanding enterprises' production space from physical to network space. The development of the digital economy has enhanced economic connections between provinces in China and has had a profound impact on building a new pattern of regional economic development and promoting high-quality economic development. Against the backdrop of significant changes in the spatial way of digital economy development, studying the provincial correlation laws and influencing factors of China's digital economy has theoretical and practical significance.

    Data resources are the critical component of the new form of economy known as the digital economy. From 2014, when the concept of "big data" was first written in our report on the work of the government, to 2020, the central government regarded data as one of the five elements to promote the development of the national economy. China's digital economy is developing at an unprecedented speed and has an unparalleled degree of influence under the guidance of national macro policies. Therefore, this study chooses 2014-2020 as the sample period and calculates China's digital economy's connection strength and spatial imbalance by building a Gravity model and using the Theil index. It uses social network analysis methods to compare and analyze the structural characteristics of China's digital economy regional connection networks. It also uses the secondary assignment procedure to empirically test the factors affecting the regional connection of the digital economy. Research has found that: Firstly, the connection strength of China's digital economy has been increasing yearly, and there is significant spatial differentiation.The economic connections between provinces have a non-bidirectional and spatial adjacency. The eastern area of China significantly impacts the general variation in the strength of digital economic ties. In contrast, the impact of the central and western regions on the overall difference is very weak. Secondly, the spillover effect of China's digital economy development has significantly improved. The number of provinces in the center of the related network is increasing. The control ability of a single province on the overall network tends to weaken, and there are always isolated economic development nodes in the network. Thirdly, the digital economy network in China has formed four major sectors, with close connections between sectors and weak internal connections. The role played by most provinces in the network is sustainable. Fourthly, regional differences in economic development levels are a crucial factor affecting the regional correlation of China's digital economy. The spatial correlation of the digital economy will decay with the increase in geographical distance. The digital industry, enterprise operating environment, and industrial structure are essential in establishing digital economic connections. However, the regional differences in the digital foundation during the sample inspection period have no significant impact on the regional correlation of the digital economy. Therefore, this article proposes to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure in underdeveloped areas, formulate regional differentiation development strategies for the digital economy, improve the overall development level of China's digital economy, and establish a regional coordinated development linkage mechanism.
