摘要	摘要瓷器承载着人们的生活方式与生活内涵，是人类物质文化史上的重要研究对象，在中国不同历史时期和地域，产生过众多名窑古瓷，西北地区的耀州窑瓷器就是其中之一。于宋代耀州窑瓷器而言，除了特定的产物，还应兼及特定时代的多元文化对其所产生的影响。其作为日用瓷器延烧千年经久不衰，并在宋代发展至鼎盛成为六大窑系之一，获得“北方刻花青瓷之冠”的美誉，其中所蕴含的设计理念及原则可对当代设计研究与思考构成启发。域外文化和本土文化的多元为耀州窑瓷器的设计注入了生机与活力，从外来的宗教文化中博取众长并融于本土，从本土文化中汲取养分并去其糟粕。道家“道法自然”的思想文化与儒家“以人为本”的思想文化对耀州窑瓷器设计中“形而上”的设计认知产生了极大的影响；士大夫阶层崇尚艺术的文人情怀及市井百姓浓厚的人文风俗以及耀州窑窑场所处地区独特的地域文化，都在一定程度上对耀州窑瓷器的设计构成了导向，通过装饰纹样、色彩、器型样式等均有所呈现。厘清宋代耀州窑瓷器将多元文化吸收、演绎并最终“设计为人”的历史路径，并从中总结出耀州窑瓷器的设计特征：包含着合理性、生活性“观象制器”的实用功能特征；包含着自然性与表现性“尚用兼赏”的审美功能特征；包含情感性、寓意性“寄情于饰”的认知功能特征。且由此审视现代产品设计尤其是当代日用瓷器产品设计存在的问题，适度地运用宋代耀州窑瓷器设计特征及原则为其指导，无疑是本研究存在与延续的价值所在。耀州窑瓷器是将多种文化凝集的载体，在多元文化影响下所展出的设计特征指引我们在追求艺术设计创新的同时，研究和借鉴前人的宝贵经验，因此对耀州窑瓷器设计的研究有利于了解其发展并能够将它本质性的优点揭示出来，引发人们从多个角度对当代产品设计进行反思，从而古为今用。对于增强民族自信心，传承和发展我们自身的民族文化艺术，也具有重要的意义和参考价值。关键词：宋代耀州窑瓷器多元文化设计特征日用瓷
英文摘要	Abstract Porcelain is an important object of study in the history of human material culture as it carries the connotation of people's lifestyles and lives. In the case of Song dynasty Yaozhou kiln porcelain, in addition to being a specific product, it should also take into account the influence of the multiple cultures of a specific era. The design concepts and principles contained in the kiln's porcelain, which lasted for thousands of years as a daily-use porcelain and reached its peak during the Song Dynasty when it became one of the six major kiln systems and gained the reputation of being "the best engraved celadon in the north," can be an inspiration for contemporary design research and thinking. The diversity of foreign and local cultures has injected vitality and vigor into the design of porcelain from Yaozhou kilns, and it is worth mentioning the following elements: Taoism's "Daoism and Nature" and Confucianism's "Humanism". people-oriented" ideology and culture had a great influence on the "metaphysical" design cognition of Yaozhou kiln porcelain design; the literati sentiment of the scholars and the people's strong humanistic customs and the unique regional culture of the area where the kiln was located all had a certain degree of influence on the design of Yaozhou kiln porcelain. The design of YAOZHOU kiln porcelain was guided to some extent by the decorative patterns, colors, and styles of the vessels. We will clarify the historical path that led to the absorption, interpretation, and eventual "design for man" of Song Dynasty porcelain from Yaozhou kilns, and summarize the design characteristics of Yaozhou kilns: the practical function of "observing and making vessels", which includes rationality and life; the naturalness and it also contains the aesthetic function of naturalness and expressiveness, and the cognitive function of emotionality and allegoricality, which is "to put emotion in the decoration". In this way, we can examine the problems of modern product design, especially contemporary daily porcelain product design, and appropriately apply the design characteristics and principles of Song dynasty Yaozhou kiln porcelain as a guide, which is undoubtedly the value of the existence and continuation of this study. Yaozhou kiln porcelain is a carrier of many cultures, and the design characteristics exhibited under the influence of multiple cultures guide us to study and learn from the valuable experience of our predecessors while pursuing artistic design innovation. Therefore, the study of Yaozhou kiln porcelain design is conducive to understa nding its development and revealing its essential merits, which can lead people to reflect on contemporary product design from multiple perspectives, so that the past can be used in the present. It is also of great significance and reference value in enhancing national self -confidence, inheriting and developing our own national culture and art.
