摘要

新媒体时代,短视频新闻成为众多主流媒体开展新闻报道实践的重要方式。随着表达空间和互动渠道的多元发展,短视频新闻在传播具有新闻价值的客观事实信息的同时,更要注重传递积极情感,传达主流价值观。因此如何利用短视频新闻建构社会认同,更好地实现主流意识形态传播,从而促进社会稳定成为重要议题。

美国心理学家戈尔德斯坦提出的共情理论包含情感、认知和行为三个层面。之后的学者在此基础上提出的共情动态模型从动态视角分析共情作用机制,细化共情发展过程和结构,阐明共情动态转化的逻辑关系,为探讨传播活动中的共情内容提供新的研究视角。短视频新闻的感性表达优势能够影响、决定何种共情因素进入公共空间,促进观众以不同程度、不同水平的共情在社会中进行互动,进而产生社会认同。

论文选取具备典型意义的“人民日报”抖音号作为研究案例,基于共情理论,从情绪感染、观点采择和行为参与对短视频新闻进行内容分析后得出:“构建多种情境,激发用户情感共鸣”、“塑造多元角色,触发用户价值认知”、“呈现利他信息,强化用户身份认同”的共情认同建构机制;从情感、价值观和身份三个社会认同维度对用户评论文本和访谈内容进行分析,指出了“家国情感获普遍认可”、“爱国、友善价值观认知显著”、“国民身份肯定度高”的用户社会认同表征。

基于上述研究,本文认为短视频新闻是建构社会认同的重要中介,共情是其建构社会认同的重要机制,其传递的情感、价值观与身份信息能够引发个体共情;个体在点赞、回复等共情评论表达中聚合为社会共同体;作为共同体的公众在评论、转发等互动中强化社会认同,从而呈现出“共情——共同体——社会认同”的共情建构逻辑。

英文摘要

In the new media era, short video news has become an important way for many mainstream media to carry out news reporting practice. With the diversified development of expression space and interactive channels, short video news should pay attention to conveying positive emotions and mainstream values while spreading objective factual information with news value. Therefore, how to use short video news to construct social identity, better realize the spread of mainstream ideology, and thus promote social stability has become an important issue.

The empathy theory put forward by American psychologist Goldstein includes three levels: emotion, cognition and behavior. On this basis, the dynamic model of empathy proposed by later scholars analyzes the mechanism of empathy from a dynamic perspective, refines the development process and structure of empathy, clarifies the logical relationship of dynamic transformation of empathy, and provides a new research perspective for exploring the content of empathy in communication activities. The advantage of perceptual expression of short video news can influence and decide what kind of empathy factors enter public space, affect the audience to interact in society with different degrees and levels of empathy, and then produce social identity.

Based on the theory of empathy, this paper takes Tik Tok, a typical 

People's Daily, as a research case, and analyzes the content of short video news from emotional contagion, viewpoint selection and behavior participation, and draws the following conclusions: the construction mechanism of empathy identity is "to build a variety of situations, stimulate users' emotional resonance", "to shape multiple roles, trigger users' value cognition" and "to present altruistic information and strengthen users' identity"; This paper analyzes the user's comments and interviews from three dimensions of social identity: emotion, values and identity, and points out that the user's social identity is characterized by "the feelings of home and country are generally recognized", "the values of patriotism and friendliness are obviously recognized" and "the national identity is highly affirmed".

Based on the above research, this paper holds that short video news is an important medium to construct social identity, empathy is an important mechanism to construct social identity, and the emotion, values and identity information it conveys can trigger individual empathy; Individuals aggregate into social communities in the expression of empathy comments; As a community, social identity is strengthened in public interaction, thus showing the empathy construction logic of "empathy-community-social identity".
