       近年来，由于技术的进步，区块链技术已经渗透到了人们的日常生活中，区块链1.0时代到3.0的更迭也让其在金融交易、资源整合、数据分析等各个方面都有了广泛的应用。企业融资、金融市场更是成为区块链创新应用的典型实践场景，特别是与供应链金融的结合，解决了目前商业银行在开展供应链金融业务上的一些缺陷，甚至可以说，区块链技术是促进商业银行供应链金融业务不断优化发展的强力发动机，进而也在商业银行业务发展领域逐渐形成了“区块链+供应链金融”的“双链”新格局。
　　　基于此，本文采用文献研究法和案例对比法，首先对区块链技术、供应链金融、“双链”融合等相关理论进行筛选和整理，总结概括我国商业银行供应链金融发展历史、发展瓶颈及与区块链技术相结合的实际应用情况。其次，介绍了平安、工商两大商业银行在供应链金融领域的先行经验，探究在区块链技术的赋能下，以“工银聚”和“平安好链”为代表的商业银行供应链金融业务平台发展模式，总结出目前商业银行“双链”平台的设计特点，并分析出“双链”业务在推进过程中面临着区块链数据管理不到位、跨链互通效率低、链上利益难以协调、新隐私安全频发的衍生问题，最后，相应地从风险监测、信用评估、生态体系构建、数据保护等方面提出优化思路。基于以上理论与案例分析，针对目前商业银行“双链”平台发展的现状，提出区块链技术方应着力吸引链上参与方加入，商业银行方应加速打造多场景生态体系，监管方应积极建立柔性监管政策的建议，从而充分发挥区块链技术的最佳效果，为其它商业银行在“区块链+供应链金融”方面的应用提供参考，最终达到对相关产业及其金融高速发展的推动作用。

   In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, the application of blockchain technology has also begun to cover every scene of People's Daily life. From the era of blockchain 1.0 to the era of blockchain 3.0, the application of blockchain is not only limited to the field of digital currency, but also extends to financial transactions, resource integration and other aspects. Enterprise financing and financial markets have also become the typical practice scenarios of innovative application of blockchain, especially the combination with supply chain finance. It has solved some defects of commercial banks in carrying out supply chain finance business, so that block chain technology is called an important engine to promote the development of supply chain finance business of commercial banks, and then gradually formed a new "double chain" pattern of block chain + supply chain finance in the field of commercial bank business development.
    This paper adopts the literature research method and case comparison method. Firstly, it screens and collates the related theories of blockchain technology, supply chain finance, "double chain" integration, and summarizes the development history, development bottleneck of Chinese commercial banks' supply chain finance and the practical application of combining with blockchain technology. Secondly, Ping An Bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, two major commercial banks' pioneers and leaders in supply chain finance development, are introduced to explore the development mode of supply chain finance business platform of commercial banks represented by "ICBC Ju" and "Ping An Haochain". It is also analyzed that the "double chain" business in the process of promotion is faced with the bottleneck of the blockchain data management is not in place, the efficiency of cross-chain communication is low, the interests on the chain is difficult to coordinate, and the new privacy security is frequent, and the optimization ideas are put forward accordingly from the aspects of risk monitoring, credit evaluation, ecological system, data protection and so on. In view of the current development status of the "double-chain" platform of commercial banks, it is proposed that the blockchain technology side should focus on attracting participants on the chain to join, the commercial bank side should accelerate the construction of multi-scene ecological system, and the regulator should actively establish a flexible regulatory policy, so as to give full play to the optimal effect of blockchain technology. Provide reference for other commercial banks to expand blockchain + supply chain finance business, and promote the long-term development of the industry and its finance.
