摘  要

在现代市场经济中，企业开展的经营管理活动，往往与投融资有着密切关系。在经营效率和资本配置方面，适度的投融资活动能够帮助企业获得提升，助力企业更多取得经济效益，为企业达成竞争目标提供帮助。依托公司科学制定的战略目标，有计划的、稳步推进投资管理和融资管理活动，切实保障企业投资决策的资金需求，是企业可持续发展的重要前提。在投资管理活动中，主要内容是投资过程管理、风险控制、后期管理和退出等内容；在融资管理活动中，主要有融资时间成本管理、外部渠道关系管理、资本成本管理等内容，以获得充足的现金流保障，切实避免现金风险。兰州北科维拓科技股份有限公司自成立以来，在行业内更是收获大量荣誉，但受项目数量增多的作用，以及管理层人事变动带来的不利影响，在投资管理和融资管理方面，相关问题越加凸显，主要有融资成本过高、投资决策变动频繁等。在此背景下，为实现对问题的有效解决，需要为兰州北科维拓科技股份有限公司建立适当的投融资管理体系。

本文以兰州北科维拓科技股份有限公司为案例，结合文献资料法、数据分析法、调查法等，分析其目前投融资方面存在的问题，并给出合理对策。首先阐述了论文研究背景、研究意义、研究方法、文献综述等基础性内容，接着分析了投融资管理相关的概念和理论，其次分析兰州北科维拓科技股份有限公司投融资管理模式、机制、流程以及效果情况，并通过对与企业投融资相关人员开展问卷调查，找出其存在的投资方向问题、投资决策问题、关联方担保问题、资产质押问题等，分析产生以上问题的原因，并且从投资管理体系构建、投融资渠道管理、融资管理体系建设、风险控制等方面给出合理意见。本文的研究，一方面可以为兰州北科维拓科技股份有限公司投融资管理效果的提升提供基础，另一方面，可以为其他企业投融资管理提供可行性借鉴。

Abstract

In modern market economy, the operation and management activities carried out by enterprises are often closely related to investment and financing. In terms of operating efficiency and capital allocation, moderate investment and financing activities can help enterprises to improve, help enterprises to achieve more economic benefits, and help enterprises to achieve competitive goals. Relying on the strategic goals scientifically formulated by the company, the planned and steady promotion of investment management and financing management activities, and effectively guarantee the capital needs of investment decisions of enterprises are important prerequisites for the sustainable development of enterprises. In the investment management activities, the main content is the investment process management, risk control, late management and exit. In financing management activities, there are mainly financing time cost management, external channel relationship management, capital cost management, etc., in order to obtain sufficient cash flow protection and effectively avoid cash risks. Since its establishment, Lanzhou Beikeweituo Technology Co., Ltd. has gained a lot of honors in the industry. However, due to the increasing number of projects and the adverse impact of management personnel changes, related problems in investment management and financing management have become increasingly prominent, mainly including high financing costs and frequent changes in investment decisions. In this context, in order to solve the problem effectively, it is necessary to establish an appropriate investment and financing management system for Lanzhou Beikeweituo Technology Co., LTD.

This paper takes Lanzhou Beikeweituo Technology Co., Ltd. as a case, combined with literature, data analysis and investigation methods, analyzes the existing problems in its current investment and financing, and gives reasonable countermeasures. Firstly, this paper expounds the basic content of the research background, research significance, research methods, literature review and so on, and then analyzes the concepts and theories related to investment and financing management. Secondly, it analyzes the investment and financing management mode, mechanism, process and effect of Lanzhou Beikeweito Technology Co., LTD., and carries out a questionnaire survey on the personnel related to investment and financing of the enterprise. Find out the existing investment direction problems, investment decision-making problems, related party guarantee problems, asset pledge problems, etc., analyze the causes of the above problems, and give reasonable opinions from the aspects of investment management system construction, investment and financing channel management, financing management system construction, risk control, etc. On the one hand, the research of this paper can provide a basis for the improvement of the investment and financing management effect of Lanzhou Beikeweito Technology Co., LTD., and on the other hand, it can provide a feasible reference for other enterprises' investment and financing management.
