摘要

担当精神是中华民族自古以来的优良品质,不仅为青年自身的发展提供着充足的精神养分和强大的动力支撑,而且在助力民族发展、促进国家繁荣富强方面发挥着不可比拟的优势。近年来,无论处于新冠肺炎的关键期还是脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的衔接期,中国发展都取得了举世瞩目的成绩,这些都离不开敢于担当的青年一代,离不开他们甘于担当、敢于担当、善于担当的品质。新时代青年担当精神继承中华儿女千年来敢于承担、无私奉献的价值理念和价值追求,它以其独有的责任意识、攻坚意识、执行意识、进取意识深深涵育着新时代青年,为青年思想政治教育的培育提供了良好的思想支撑和实践基础。因此,培育新时代青年担当精神,利用优秀的思想品质、价值观念来哺育、滋养青年,不但能有效提升青年思想道德素质,提高青年明辨是非的能力,促进青年全面成长成才,而且对传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化、培育担当民族复兴的时代新人、促进中华民族伟大复兴的实现具有十分重要的现实意义。

笔者在厘清相关概念的基础上,分析“担当”与“担当精神”的内在联系,深入挖掘新时代青年担当精神现状,从而充分发挥担当精神对新时代青年的引领特性,使之成为培育青年正确价值取向的动力引擎。首先,理清担当精神的概念、新时代青年担当精神主要内容和意义。其次,依照继承和发展脉络,在对新时代青年担当精神演变过程进行系统梳理的情况下,深入分析新时代青年担当精神的理论渊源和现实发展。再次,通过问卷调查和案例分析,了解新时代青年担当精神具体情况,针对该应用过程中存在的一些问题进行原因分析,最后,以自身、家庭、学校、社会为切入点,探寻新时代青年担当精神培育的现实路径和可行方法,试图通过强化家庭和学校在新时代青年担当精神培育推进中的引领责任、创新学校在新时代青年担当精神培育进程中的方式方法、深化家庭教育在新时代青年担当精神中的渗透力、提高青年自身在担当精神培育中的积极性和主动性等方式,全方位、多维度、一体化推进新时代青年担当精神的培育工作。

英文摘要

The spirit of responsibility is the fine quality of the Chinese nation since ancient times, which not only provides sufficient spiritual nutrients and strong power support for the development of young people themselves, but also plays an incomparable advantage in helping the development of the nation and promoting the prosperity and strength of the country. In recent years, whether in the critical period of new crown pneumonia or the bridging period between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, China's development has made remarkable achievements, which are inseparable from the young generation that dares to take responsibility, and it is inseparable from their quality of being willing to take responsibility, daring to take responsibility, and being good at taking responsibility. The spirit of youth responsibility in the new era inherits the value concept and value pursuit of the sons and daughters of China who have dared to undertake and selflessly dedicate themselves for thousands of years, and it deeply cultivates the young people in the new era with its unique sense of responsibility, awareness of tackling tough problems, awareness of implementation, and sense of progress, and provides a good ideological support and practical foundation for the cultivation of ideological and political education among young people. Therefore, the process of cultivating young people to take on the spirit of responsibility in the new era and using excellent ideological qualities and values to feed and nourish young people can not only effectively enhance the ideological and moral quality of young people, improve their ability to distinguish between right and wrong, and promote the healthy and all-round growth of young people into talents, but also have very important practical significance for inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, cultivating new people of the times who are responsible for national rejuvenation, and promoting the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

On the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts, the author analyzes the internal relationship between "responsibility" and "spirit of responsibility", and digs deep into the current situation of the spirit of youth responsibility in the new era, so as to give full play to the leading characteristics of the spirit of responsibility for young people in the new era, so that it can become the driving engine for cultivating the correct three views of youth. First of all, clarify what is the spirit of responsibility and what is the main content and significance of the spirit of young people in the new era. Secondly, in accordance with the inheritance and development context, under the condition of systematically sorting out the spiritual evolution of youth responsibility in the new era, we deeply analyze the theoretical origin and actual development of youth responsibility in the new era, and explore the spirit of youth responsibility contained therein. Third, through questionnaire surveys and case studies, to understand the specific situation of the spirit of youth in the new era, at the same time, for a series of problems in the application process of the cause analysis, and finally, with themselves families, schools, and society as the starting point, explore the realistic path and feasible methods for the spiritual cultivation of young people in the new era, trying to strengthen the leading responsibility of families and schools in the promotion of youth spiritual cultivation in the new era, and innovating the ways and methods of schools in the process of spiritual cultivation of young people in the new era. Deepen the penetration of family education in the spirit of youth responsibility in the new era, improve the enthusiasm and initiative of young people themselves in the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility, and promote the cultivation of the spirit of youth responsibility in an all-round, multi-dimensional and integrated manner.
