摘要

  随着全球贸易和国际物流的快速增长,多式联运已经成为现代物流最主要的运输方式和构成部分按照最新数智化信息技术与物流产业融合发展的时代要求和方向,本文商投集团多式联运数智化方面的研究显得尤为迫切。商投集团下辖兰州新区中川北站物流园中川铁路口岸兰州新区综合保税区三个多式联运平台基地同时规划建设了多式联运物流信息等综合平台。2017年以来国际班列总货运量累计发运17.99万标准集装箱开通国际多式联运线路5条,实现了国际班列的常态化开行。

  本文以商投集团多式联运作为研究对象,首先描述了中欧、中亚等国际班列开行量逐年增长的背景,阐述通过研究完善相应理论体系,促进实现商投集团多式联运降本增效,完成数智化运营和高发展的现实意义接着进行理论基础及文献综述阐述铺垫,总结多式联运及数智化研究现状,从多式联运总部平台、联运线路、信息化程度及联运规模等方面展开研究

  然后,构建层次分析和耦合协调度分析法的评价体系,对商投集团多式联运总部平台、信息化系统及运输设备等七个方面进行数智化评价分析,根据评价结果得出多式联运在数智化运营方面存在的问题及缺陷,为后续章节问题解决提供参考依据。

  最后,基于运营现状及数智化评价结果分析,融合运用物联网、大数据5G及区块链等最新信息技术,针对性提出数智化解决策略及方案:打造数智一体化总部平台建立大数据智能信息系统提升物流转运设备自动化融合度引入云仓储智能系统实行运输全程可视化追踪管理运用5G等技术实现人员精准定位及嵌入区块链算法优化重构联运线路

  本文研究成果对企业加强多式联运数智化运营管理具有一定实践意义,对促进物流行业数智化融合发展具有一定参考价值

英文摘要

  With the rapid growth of Global trade and international logistics, multimodal transport has become the most important mode and component of modern logistics. According to the requirements and direction of the integration and development of the latest digital intelligence information technology and logistics industry, the key research on the digital intelligence of multimodal transport of commercial investment group in this paper is particularly urgent. Commercial investment group has three multimodal transport platform bases under its jurisdiction: Lanzhou New Area Zhongchuan North Station Logistics Park, Zhongchuan railway port and Lanzhou New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone. At the same time, it plans to build multimodal transport logistics information and other comprehensive platforms. Since 2017, the total freight volume of international trains has shipped 179900 standard containers, and five international multimodal transport lines have been opened, realizing the normalization of international trains.

  This paper takes the multimodal transport of commercial investment group as the research object. Firstly, it describes the research background of the annual growth of the number of international trains in Central Europe and Central Asia, and expounds the practical significance of improving the corresponding theoretical system through research, promoting the realization of cost reduction and efficiency increase of multimodal transport of commercial investment group, and completing digital intelligent operation and efficient development. Then it carries out literature review and theoretical basis analysis, summarizes the research status of multimodal transport and digital intelligence, and studies from the aspects of multimodal transport headquarters platform, multimodal transport routes, informatization degree and multimodal transport scale.

 

  Then, the evaluation index system of analytic hierarchy process and coupling coordination analysis method is constructed to evaluate and analyze the digital intelligence of the headquarters platform, information system and transportation equipment of commercial investment group's multimodal transport. According to the evaluation results, the problems and defects of multimodal transport in digital intelligence operation are obtained, which provides a reference basis for solving the problems in subsequent chapters.

   Finally, based on the analysis of the operation status and the evaluation results of digital intelligence, and integrating the latest information technologies such as Internet of things, big data, 5g and blockchain, this paper puts forward the following digital intelligence solutions and schemes: building a digital intelligence integrated headquarters platform, establishing a big data intelligent information system, improving the automation integration of logistics and transportation equipment, introducing cloud warehousing intelligent system to improve operation efficiency, implementing the visual tracking management of the whole transportation process 5g and other technologies are used to achieve accurate and efficient personnel positioning and block chain algorithm to optimize and reconstruct intermodal lines.
