摘要	摘要经济发展日新月异，农民工这一老生常谈的群体，为我国经济实现高质量发展发挥了无与伦比的作用。城镇化的脚步愈发疾速，但任重道远更需蹄疾步稳。这一过程看似简单，实则并非简单，农民工养老保障问题应受到格外重视。其中，城镇职工养老保险问题又是关键中的关键，他是决定农民工是否能够在城镇长久停留下来的充分与必要条件。综上所述，研究农民工参加城镇职工养老保险的参与行为问题，具有重要的现实意义。本文以唐山市为研究对象，分析唐山市农民工参与城镇职工养老保险的发展概况，以调查问卷所得出的数据为依托，对参与行为进行研究，探索影响唐山市农民工城镇职工养老保险需求的影响因素。研究发现：在个体特征方面，年龄、受教育水平、职业技能证书对农民工参与行为的影响较为显著，健康状况与农民工的参与行为呈现负向的影响关系；家庭特征方面，耕地状况对农民工参保行为的影响较为显著，养老压力与农民工的参保行为呈现负向的影响关系；在社会特征方面，在劳动合同签订、企业缴纳情况两个因素上有显著的正向影响，工作单位性质和更换工作频率呈现显著的负向影响关系；在个人认知方面，养老担心程度、政策了解程度对参与行为的影响较为显著；在政策制度方面，转移接续手续、缴费率与缴费年限对参保行为的影响显著。根据研究结果，本文提出如下对策建议：提高农民工的自身竞争力，支持农民工岗位成才；提高农民工工作稳定性，净化人力资源市场秩序；灌输养老风险意识，提升农民工的政策认知能力；政府需建立完善针对性的政策，消弭农民工群体的参保壁垒。关键词：农民工城镇职工养老保险参保行为河北省唐山市
英文摘要	Abstract Economic development is changing with each passing day. Migrant workers, a platitude group, have played an incomparable role in realizing high-quality development of China's economy. The pace of urbanization is getting faster and faster, but there is still a long way to go. This process seems simple, but in fact it is not so simple. The old-age security of migrant workers should be paid special attention to. Among them, the old-age insurance problem of migrant workers in cities is the key of the key, he is the sufficient and necessary condition to decide whether migrant workers can stay in cities and towns for a long time. To sum up, it is of great practical significance to study the participation behavior of migrant workers in urban endowment insurance. This paper takes Tangshan city as the research object, analyzes the development of tangshan migrant workers' participation in urban employees' pension insurance, uses the data obtained from the questionnaire to study the insurance participation situation, and explores the influencing factors of tangshan migrant workers' urban employees' pension insurance demand. The results show that: in terms of individual characteristics, age, education level and vocational skill certificate have a significant impact on migrant workers' insurance participation behavior, and health status has a negative impact on migrant workers' insurance participation behavior. In terms of family characteristics, cultivated land has a significant impact on migrant workers' insurance participation behavior, and pension pressure has a negative impact on migrant workers' insurance participation behavior. In terms of personal cognition, the degree of pension worry and the degree of understanding of policies have a significant impact on insurance participation behavior. Support migrant workers to become talented; Improve the job stability of migrant workers, purify the human resources market order; Inculcate pension risk awareness and enhance the policy cognitive ability of migrant workers; The government should establish and perfect targeted policies to eliminate the insurance barriers of migrant workers.
