甘肃省处于丝绸之路的核心位置，随着丝绸之路经济带迅速崛起，其已成为我国开放的前沿地区。由于甘肃省金融结构优化程度的逐渐加深，对深入研究其促进产业结构升级的影响，有着十分重要的理论价值与现实意义。

本文内容主要分为五个部分：第一部分阐明本文研究背景与意义，为全文研究搭建一个完整的理论架构。第二部分探讨甘肃省金融结构内涵和产业结构内涵，并概括总结金融结构的相关理论，以进一步剖析金融结构优化对产业结构升级的影响效应。第三部分概述甘肃省金融结构和产业结构发展现状。首先对甘肃省总体经济发展现状分析，进而对产业结构现状加以总结。然后，再对甘肃省金融结构发展现状进行阐述，具体到银行业，证券业和保险业等金融行业来分析。第四部分为实证设计。通过甘肃省统计年鉴，甘肃省金融运行报告和wind数据库等搜集甘肃省2005年-2020年相关数据，并且参考已有文献选取适当的指标变量，进一步利用向量自回归（VAR）模型和脉冲响应进行实证研究。通过对实证结果整理和分析得出研究结论：其一，甘肃省金融结构的优化对其产业结构升级是具有推动作用。具体来说，短期内对产业结构调整的影响中，融资活动比规模扩张的活跃程度更为剧烈。长期内规模扩张对产业结构调整更具有良好促进作用。其二，由于甘肃省金融结构丰富发展，甘肃省银行业发展对产业结构调整的促进作用也由强变弱。其三，在金融结构多元化的背景下，甘肃省证券业的发展能够更有效地促进产业结构的升级。尤其是通过股票市场为企业提供更为灵活的融资渠道，从而对产业结构调整贡献度较高。基于此，本文提出加快构建甘肃省多层次的资本市场，推动甘肃省优势产业的资金支持，健全金融市场监管体系等一系列政策建议，为甘肃省经济发展提供一些有意义的思考。

Gansu province is located at the core of the Silk Road. With the rapid rise of the Silk Road Economic Belt, it has become the frontier area of China's opening-up. Due to the gradual deepening of financial structure optimization in Gansu Province, it has very important theoretical value and practical significance to further study the influence of promoting industrial structure upgrading.

The content of this paper is divided into five parts: The first part illustrates the background and significance of this research, and builds a complete theoretical framework for the whole research. The second part discusses the connotation of financial structure and industrial structure in Gansu Province, and summarizes the relevant theories of financial structure, in order to further analyze the impact of financial structure optimization on the upgrading of industrial structure. The third part summarizes the financial structure and industrial structure in Gansu province. Firstly, the overall economic development of Gansu province is analyzed, and then the industrial structure is summarized. Then, the development status of financial structure in Gansu province is elaborated, specifically to the banking industry, securities industry and insurance industry and other financial industries to analyze. The fourth part is empirical design. Relevant data of Gansu province from 2005 to 2020 were collected from Gansu Statistical Yearbook, Gansu Financial Operation Report and WIND database, and appropriate indicator variables were selected by referring to existing document database. The empirical study was further carried out by using vector auto-regression (VAR) model and impulse response. Through sorting out and analyzing the empirical results, the research conclusion is drawn: First, the optimization of financial structure in Gansu province promotes the upgrading of its industrial structure. Specifically, in the short term to the impact of industrial structure adjustment, financing activities than the active degree of scale expansion more intense. In the long run, scale expansion has a good promotion effect on industrial structure adjustment. Secondly, due to the rich development of the financial structure in Gansu Province, the promotion of the development of the banking industry in Gansu province to the adjustment of the industrial structure is also from strong to weak. Thirdly, under the background of diversified financial structure, the development of securities industry in Gansu province can promote the upgrading of industrial structure more effectively. In particular, the stock market provides more flexible financing channels for enterprises, thus contributing to the adjustment of industrial structure. Based on this, this paper puts forward a series of policy suggestions, such as accelerating the construction of Gansu province's multilevel capital market, promoting the financial support of Gansu province's dominant industries, and improving the financial market supervision system, to provide some meaningful thinking for the economic development of Gansu Province.
