摘要	近几年，随着新冠疫情的大规模爆发，居家隔离成为了人们的生活常态。在观众对于文化消费的需求不断增加的同时，电视剧作品作为人们最为喜闻乐见的一种文艺表现形式，在一定程度上承载了人民群众的居家需求，也承担起了勇于回答时代课题的历史使命。新时代扶贫题材电视剧主要是聚焦农村固有的老旧思想与新发展观念的冲突、农村经济发展如何在生态保护与经济效益之间寻求平衡、如何在实现物质脱贫的情况下更为重视农村人民精神上的脱贫等问题，通过结合视听语言的影视化表达，在荧屏上真实地呈现出我国农村在脱贫攻坚过程中遇到的现实情况，并在一部部扶贫剧的宏大叙事主题中寻求新时代的解题之要，以便更好的将精准扶贫的时代内涵落到实处。本篇文章重点采用了文献分析法和文本分析法，以电视叙事学为理论基础并结合传播学、影视传播学、影视美学等相关理论，在梳理了我国新时代扶贫题材电视剧的兴起背景、热播原因以及从内涵与外延两个方面来认识扶贫题材电视剧的核心概念后，又从新时代我国扶贫题材电视剧的叙事特征、叙事策略以及叙事创新与价值三个角度切入，深刻阐释了扶贫题材电视剧对于我国农村生活的真实再现、对于主流意识形态话语权的彰显以及大众文化品位与大众审美的提升等方面所起到的价值意义，正是扶贫题材电视剧创作者们运用纪实的叙事手法、声画结合的表现方式，在无形中将新时代国家精准扶贫政策巧妙地融入到普通民众的实际生活当中，并借由大众之口使得精准扶贫理念得以广泛的宣传。笔者希望通过本文能够对新时代扶贫题材电视剧在如何讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音方面提供有价值的参考信息，期望我国扶贫题材电视剧在真实描摹农村生活现状、呈现时代风貌的同时，也能为观众提供优良的精品佳作。
英文摘要	In recent years, with the new outbreak of massive outbreaks, isolation has become a people's normal life that occupy the home, in the demand for cultural consumption increased at the same time, the TV drama works as people are the most popular a kind of art form, to a certain extent carries people's demand that occupy the home, also undertake to answer time topic historical mission. New era drama for poverty alleviation is mainly focus on rural inherent conflict of old ideas and the new development concept, rural economic development how to seek a balance between ecological protection and economic benefits, to be more of how to implement under the condition of material out of poverty in the rural people's mental problems such as poverty, through a combination of audio-visual language of film and television, On the screen, the realistic situation of China's rural areas in the process of poverty alleviation is truly presented, and in the grand narrative theme of a series of poverty alleviation plays to seek the solution of the new era, so as to better implement the connotation of the era of targeted poverty alleviation. This article mainly adopts the literature analysis and text analysis, based on the theory of TV narration and combined with communication, film and television, film and TV aesthetics theory related to communication, in reviewing the background of the rise of a new era in our country poverty alleviation drama, popular reasons, and from two aspects of connotation and denotation to understand poverty alleviation of the core concepts of the drama, Again from the new era of China's poverty alleviation drama narrative characteristics, narrative strategies and narrative innovation and value three Angle, illustrates the deep poverty alleviation drama about life in China's rural realism, to promote the influence of mainstream ideology and mass culture and the ascension of the mass aesthetic sense of value, It is the creators of poverty alleviation TV series who have imperceptibly integrated the national targeted poverty alleviation policy in the new era into the actual life of ordinary people by using documentary narrative techniques and sound and painting expression methods, and made the concept of targeted poverty alleviation widely publicized through the mouth of the public. Through this paper, the author hopes to provide valuable reference information on how to tell Good Chinese stories and spread good Chinese voices for the poverty-alleviation TV dramas in the new era. It is expected that the poverty-alleviation TV dramas in China can provide excellent works for the audience while truly describing the current situation of rural life and presenting the style of The Times.
