摘要 | 近年来,国际局势动荡不安,贸易摩擦、保护主义、单边主义不断增加,中国岀口面临的形势十分严峻。新一轮信息革命的到来,数字技术成为新的潮流,顶层数字技术出现在大多数国家的发展战略上, 国家竞争的焦点也已转向数据资源的争夺和攫取。数
字经济以其独特的经济形式,可持续的发展状态,引领着中国经济的增长。数字经济的发展不仅包含数字产业,也渗透到了传统企业中,为传统企业提供了更多的发展方式。数字经济的发展已是大势所趋,抓住数字机遇推进出口贸易转型升级是提升国际地位的重中之重。
本文以数字经济对中国出口贸易转型升级的影响为主线,对相关文献进行梳理,同时对数字经济的发展以及中国出口现状进行分析。在介绍数字经济的空间溢出效应、成本节约效应及技术扩散效应的基础上,构建了一个多渠道机制下的数字经济发展影响出口贸易转型升级的数理模型,认为数字经济可以通过贸易成本、研发强度及人力资本三个方面推进出口贸易转型升级。并且基于 2008 年至 2017 年中国 30 个省份的省级面板
数据,从三个维度选取指标:数字基础设施建设、数字经济普及程度和数字经济商业化,以此衡量各省数字经济的综合发展水平,分析空间溢出效应及其影响机制。研究结果显示:第一,数字经济的发展极大地推动了中国省级的出口贸易转型升级,其产生的正向空间溢出效应为中国新时期出口贸易转型升级的提升提供了新助力;第二,数字经济对各省出口贸易转型升级的空间溢出效应具有区域异质性的特点,东部地区的溢出效应大 于中西部地区;第三,通过贸易成本和人力资本,数字经济可以间接推进出口贸易转型 与升级,而研发强度的中介效应并不显著,并对此解释了相关原因。最后,中国应进一 步加强数字经济基础设施建设,促进区域协调发展,重视数字经济产业发展,提升出口 竞争软实力,强化数字经济人才教育,提升数字技术。

英文摘要 | In recent years, the international situation has been turbulent, trade frictions, protectionism and unilateralism have been increasing, and the situation facing China's exports is very grim. With the advent of a new round of information
revolution, digital technology has become a new trend. Top-level digital technology appears in the development strategy of most countries. The focus of national competition has also turned to the competition and grab of data resources. Digital economy leads China's economic growth with its unique
economic form and sustainable development. The development of digital economy not only includes digital industry, but also penetrates into traditional enterprises, providing more development modes for traditional enterprises. The development of digital economy is the general trend. Seizing the digital opportunity to promote the transformation and upgrading of import and export trade is the top priority to enhance international status.
Taking the impact of digital economy on the transformation and upgrading of China's export trade as the main line, this paper combs the relevant literature, and analyzes the development of digital economy and the current situation of China's export. On the basis of introducing the spatial spillover effect, cost saving effect and technology spillover effect of digital economy, this paper constructs a mathematical model of the impact of the development of digital economy on the transformation and upgrading of export trade under the multi-channel mechanism, and holds that digital economy can promote thetransformation and upgrading of export trade through three aspects: trade cost, R & D strength and human capital. Based on the provincial panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2017, this paper selects indicators from three dimensions: digital infrastructure construction, digital economy popularization and digital economy commercialization, measures the comprehensive development level of digital economy, and analyzes the spatial spillover effect and its influencing mechanism. The results show that: first, the development of digital economy has greatly promoted the transformation and upgrading of China's provincial export trade, and its positive spatial spillover effect provides a new boost for the transformation and upgrading of China's export trade in the new era; Second, the spatial spillover effect of digital economy on the transformation and upgrading of export trade in all provinces has regional heterogeneity, and the spillover effect in the eastern region is greater than that in the central and western regions; Third, through trade costs and human capital, the digital economy can indirectly promote the transformation and upgrading of export trade, while the intermediary effect of R & D intensity is not significant. Finally, China should further strengthen the construction of digital economy infrastructure, promote regional coordinated development, pay attention to the development of digital economy industry, improve the soft power of export competition, strengthen the education of digital economy talents and improve digital technology.
