摘要 | 双循环新发展格局立足于满足国内需要,其出发点和落脚点就是满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。构建双循环新发展格局,重点在于以国内大循环为主,有效联动国内国际双循环。本文通过对习近平总书记关于“双循环”相关重要讲话的深入学习和已有文献的详细梳理,结合可获得数据,科学论证构建双循环新发展格局指标体系。通过构建模型,设定核心变量“双循环交互项”,从宏观和微观两个视角上分别测度国内国际双循环有效联动能否有效激发全要素生产率,并在微观层面验证技术创新这一中介效应,解决双循环领域宏观和微观层面实证研究的可操作性问题。
首先,通过熵值法构建的内、外循环发展水平存在着明显的地区差异,即东部地区较高,中西部地区依次递减。其次,在宏观层面的实证检验中,双循环有效联动对东部地区的促进作用较中西部地区更为显著;在微观层面的实证研究中,总体上双循环有效联动提升了企业全要素生产率,对国有企业和规模较大的企业有着更显著的促进作用。最后,将科技创新作为双循环新发展格局和企业全要素生产率的中介变量,验证了双循环新发展格局可以通过技术创新作用于企业全要素生产率这一有效路径。综上,本文通过构建双循环发展水平评价指标体系,测度内外循环发展水平,检验双循环有效联动对促进地区高质量发展和解决企业“卡脖子”问题的有效性。研究发现,双循环有效联动显著提升了地区和企业的全要素生产率,尤其是东部地区和规模较大的企业。进一步的研究表明技术创新作为双循环有效联动促进企业全要素生产率提升的中介变量是有效的,这为政府制定产业政策推动企业自主创新能力提升,破解现阶段企业发展难题提供理论依据。 |
英文摘要 | The new dual-cycle development pattern is based on meeting domestic needs, and its starting point and end point is to meet the people's growing needs for a better life. To build a new dual-cycle development pattern, the focus is to focus on the domestic big cycle and effectively link the domestic and international dual cycles. Based on the in-depth study of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on "dual circulation" and the detailed review of existing literature, combined with the available data, this paper scientifically demonstrates the construction of an indicator system for a new dual-circulation development pattern. By constructing a model and setting the core variable "dual cycle interaction term", we can measure whether the effective linkage of domestic and international double cycles can effectively stimulate total factor productivity from the macro and micro perspectives, and verify the mediating effect of technological innovation at the micro level. , To solve the operability problem of empirical research at the macro and micro levels in the dual-cycle field. Firstiy, significant regional differences exist in the level of development of internal and external cycles constructed by the entropy method, that is, the eastern region is higher, and other regions gradually decrease. Secondly, in the macro-level empirical test, the dual-cycle effective linkage has a more significant promotion effect in the eastern region than other regions; in the micro-level empirical research, the dual-cycle effective linkage has generally improved the total factor productivity of enterprises. It has a more significant role in promoting state-owned enterprises, and larger enterprises have a more significant impact than small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally, the use of technological innovation as an intermediate variable between the new dual-cycle development pattern and the company's total factor productivity verifies that the new dual-cycle development pattern can act on the effective path of the company's total factor productivity through technological innovation. In summary, this article measures the development level of internal and external cycles by constructing a dual-cycle development level evaluation index system, and tests the effectiveness of the dual-cycle effective linkage in promoting regional high-quality development and solving the problem of "stuck necks" in enterprises. The study found that the dual-cycle effective linkage significantly improved the total factor productivity of regions and enterprises, especially in the eastern region and larger enterprises. Further research shows that technological innovation is effective as an intermediary variable for the dual-cycle effective linkage to promote the improvement of enterprise total factor productivity. This provides a theoretical basis for the government to build industrial policies to promote the improvement of independent innovation capabilities of enterprises and to solve the current problems of enterprise development. |
