  营运资金是企业在生产经营活动中不可或缺的重要资源，对企业的发展壮大至关重要，而企业对营运资金的管理贯穿于其经营管理的每一环节。早期的营运资金管理主要侧重于对资金周转效率的提高，而随着数字化智能时代的到来，对企业的营运资金管理也提出来更高的管理要求。

  随着现代科技与市场经济的不断进步，企业的经营管理活动也由被动的接受管理变为以积极主动的进行价值创造为引导，企业与其利益相关者之间建立了一种共生共赢的伙伴关系。因此，以利益相关者的视角对企业的营运资金管理情况加以分析，不仅可以使分析结果更为客观全面，也可以使各方利益相关者的权益达到均衡，从而实现企业与利益相关者之间的合作共赢，同时也更符合现代企业的发展要求。

  本文在对利益相关者与营运资金管理结合的可行性与必要性分析基础之上，选择乳制品行业的代表企业光明乳业作为案例研究对象，从五个不同的利益相关者视角出发，对其营运资金管理现状进行分析评价。通过研究发现光明乳业在股东层面应规范信息披露制度，提高现金分红比例，并警惕关联方占款近年来上升的问题；在债权人层面应拓宽融资渠道，改善借款结构以解决企业目前筹资效率低下的问题；在供应商层面，光明乳业应优化与完善供应商关系管理系统，提高采购效率，防止过度占用供应商资金；在经营者及员工层面，企业应加强立体化人才培训培养体系建设，以解决员工素质整体偏低所引起的整个经营环节营运资金管理效率低下的问题；在客户层面，光明乳业应建设完善的客户反馈机制，加强对应收账款的严格管理，提高资金周转效率。希望通过本文研究，在完善和优化光明乳业营运资金管理现状的基础上，对乳制品行业内的其他企业也能提供一定的参考与指导作用，进而促进我国乳制品行业的高质量发展。

      Working capital is an indispensable and important resource for an enterprise in production and operation activities, and it is crucial to the development and growth of an enterprise, and the management of working capital runs through every link of its operation and management. The early working capital management mainly focused on the improvement of capital turnover efficiency, but with the advent of the digital intelligence era, higher management requirements have also been put forward for the working capital management of enterprises.

        With the continuous progress of modern technology and market economy, the operation and management activities of enterprises have changed from passive acceptance of management to active value creation as the guide, and a symbiotic and win-win partnership has been established between the enterprise and its stakeholders. Therefore, analyzing the working capital management situation of the enterprise from the perspective of stakeholders can not only make the analysis results more objective and comprehensive, but also balance the rights and interests of all stakeholders, so as to achieve win-win cooperation between the enterprise and the stakeholders , and more in line with the development requirements of modern enterprises.

        Based on the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the combination of stakeholders and working capital management, this paper selects Bright Dairy, a representative enterprise in the dairy industry, as the case study object, and analyzes and evaluates the current situation of working capital management from the perspectives of five different stakeholders. Through the research, it is found that Bright Dairy should standardize the information disclosure system at the shareholder level, increase the proportion of cash dividends, and be alert to the problem that related parties have increased in recent years. At the creditor level, financing channels should be broadened and the borrowing structure should be improved to solve the current problem of low financing efficiency of enterprises. At the supplier level, Bright Dairy should optimize and improve the supplier relationship management system, improve procurement efficiency, and prevent excessive use of supplier funds. At the level of operators and employees, enterprises should strengthen the construction of a three-dimensional talent training and training system to solve the problem of inefficient management of working capital in the entire business process caused by the overall low quality of employees. At the customer level, Bright Dairy should build a sound customer feedback mechanism, strengthen the strict management of accounts receivable, and improve the efficiency of capital turnover. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, on the basis of improving and optimizing the current situation of working capital management of Bright Dairy, it can also provide certain reference and guidance to other enterprises in the dairy industry, and then promote the high-quality development of our country's dairy industry.
