摘  要

  甘肃金融控股集团有限公司是甘肃省国有资本的投资运营管理公司，也是甘肃省国有金融资本投资、融资和管理中心。经过近四年的运营与发展，公司已发展成为多元化、长链条的地方性金融控股集团公司，其经营业态在同行业内具有一定的典型性和代表性。近年来，伴随公司快速发展融资方面暴露出的管理架构不清晰、结构不合理、规划性不足等问题，对公司多元化经营战略的实施和可持续发展具有一定的影响。因此，本文以甘肃金控集团为实例进行研究，基于经营发展数据分析企业融资方面存在的潜在风险，并提出具有针对性的建议，对处于快速发展阶段的金融控股公司建立良性融资体系具有一定的现实意义。

  本文结合权衡理论、优序融资理论、代理理论等融资理论，运用文献分析法、案例分析法、统计分析法。首先介绍甘肃金融控股集团有限公司业务、财务状况及未来发展规划，整理公司融资规模、融资结构、融资方式、融资期限、融资成本等现状。然后分析出公司资金缺口大、融资渠道单一、间接融资比例高、还款周期集中、内源融资不足、融资战略与经营战略不匹配等融资问题。接着结合公司实际情况，从公司定位、发展阶段、业务类型、盈利能力、人才配备、法人治理结构、融资战略等方面剖析问题产生的原因。最后对标具体问题提出完善融资管理、拓展融资渠道、优化资金结构、降低融资成本以及强化管理等对策建议，为公司融资可持续发展奠定基础。

           Abstract

    Gansu Financial Holding Group Co. , Ltd. is the investment and Operation Management Company of the state-owned capital of Gansu Province, and also the investment, financing and management center of the state-owned financial capital of Gansu Province. After nearly four years of operation and development, the company has developed into a diversified, long chain of local financial holding group companies, its business model in the same industry has a certain degree of typical and representative. In recent years, the problems such as unclear management structure, unreasonable structure and insufficient planning have been exposed in the rapid development financing, which have certain influence on the implementation of diversification strategy and sustainable development of the company. Therefore, this article takes Gansu Financial Control Group as an example to study, based on the data of business development analysis of the potential risks in enterprise financing, and put forward targeted recommendations, it is of practical significance to establish a sound financing system for the bank holding company at the stage of rapid development.

    Based on the balance theory, priority financing theory, agency theory and other financing theory, using literature analysis, case analysis, statistical analysis. Firstly, the paper introduces the business, Financial Status and future development plan of Gansu Financial Holding Group Co. , Ltd. , and arranges the current situation of the company's Financing Scale, financing structure, financing method, financing period, financing cost, etc. . Then it analyzes the financing problems such as large capital gap, single financing channel, high proportion of indirect financing, concentrated repayment cycle, insufficient internal financing, and mismatch between financing strategy and management strategy. Then, according to the actual situation of the company, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of the company's position, development stage, business type, profitability, talent allocation, corporate governance structure, financing strategy and so on. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the financing management, expand the financing channels, optimize the fund structure, reduce the financing cost and strengthen the management, which lay a foundation for the sustainable development of corporate financing.
