自改革开放以来，我国经济快速增长。党的十九大报告提出我国的经济发展进入了新的阶段，不仅要转变经济发展方式，还应注重优化产业结构，实现经济的高质量发展。产业结构作为影响经济发展的重要因素，也在不断发生演变和转化。不同地区由于地理位置、资源条件、经济政策、历史原因等诸多因素使得其产业结构有着很大差别，同样也使得产业结构的变化趋势有所不同。甘肃省位于我国的西部地区，受地理位置和自然条件的制约，经济发展水平与我国其他地区经济发展水平存在较大的差距。因此，分析甘肃省产业结构的演变及其调整有助于优化产业结构，不仅有助于促进甘肃省经济增长，缩小甘肃省与全国经济水平间的差距，而且理论上可以丰富区域产业结构研究的内容，时间上可以为西部地区产业结构调整提供借鉴作用。

本文对甘肃省市（州）域产业结构演变及其调整成效的研究主要从三方面展开：首先，利用1991-2018年甘肃省及其14个市（州）域的相关经济统计指标数据，从各种结构上描述并分析产业结构的演变历史过程及其基本特征，以掌握其演变发展规律；其次，在前述研究基础上，运用偏离份额法，对甘肃及其14个市（州）域产业结构调整成效进行量化评价和分析，以便全面系统地认识甘肃省市（州）域产业结构调整演变的成效；最后，针对评价分析的具体结果，提出甘肃省市（州）域产业结构优化升级的基本对策。

研究发现：一是，甘肃省整体的产业结构由“二三一”向“三二一”转变；二是，产业结构演变呈现出明显的阶段性特征；三是，甘肃省市（州）域主导产业更替明显；四是，甘肃省市（州）域的第一产业占比稳定下降、第二章也占比波动变化、第三产业占比持续上升；五是，偏离份额分析表明甘肃省产业结构形态较差，区域竞争实力在全国平局水平之下；六是，甘肃省产业结构调整使产业结构向“高级化”方向转变。为此，要进一步优化甘肃省及其市(州)域产业结构，有必要加强科技创新，发挥地区比较优势，努力提升农业产业化和农村城镇化发展水平。

Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has grown rapidly. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that China's economic development has entered a new stage, and we should not only transform the economic development mode, but also pay attention to optimizing the industrial structure to achieve high-quality economic development. As an important factor affecting economic development, industrial structure is also evolving and transforming constantly. Due to the geographical location, resource conditions, economic policies, historical reasons and many other factors, the industrial structure of different regions has a great difference, which also makes the variation trend of the industrial structure is different. Gansu Province is located in the western region of China. Restricted by its geographical location and natural conditions, the economic development level of Gansu Province has a large gap with that of other regions in China. Therefore, analyzing the evolution of industrial structure in Gansu province and its adjustment is helpful to optimize the industrial structure, not only help to promote economic growth in Gansu province, bridge the gap between the Gansu province and the national economic level, but also enrich the content of research on regional industrial structure in theory, provide the reference for western area industrial structure adjustment timely.

In this thesis, the Gansu province (state) domain of the industrial structure evolution and its adjustment effect research mainly from three aspects: first, from 1991 to 2018 in Gansu province and its 14 cities (state) domain related economic statistics, describes and analysis the historical process and basic characteristics of industrial structure evolution, to master the evolution law of development; Secondly, on the basis of the above research, this thesis uses the deviation share method to quantitatively evaluate and analyze the effect of industrial structure adjustment in Gansu province and its 14 cities (prefectures) in order to comprehensively and systematically understand the effect of industrial structure adjustment and evolution in Gansu province. Finally, according to the specific results of the evaluation and analysis, put forward  basic countermeasures for the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Gansu provinces and cities (prefectures) .

According to research findings, firstly, the whole industrial structure of Gansu Province has changed from "second, third and first" to "third, second and first". Secondly, the evolution of industrial structure shows obvious stage characteristics; Thirdly, the dominant industry of Gansu Province alternates obviously; Fourthly, the proportion of the primary industry in the city (prefecture) region of Gansu Province decreased steadily, the proportion of the second chapter also fluctuated, and the proportion of the tertiary industry rised continuely; Fifthly, the deviation share analysis shows that the industrial structure of Gansu Province is poor, and the regional competitive strength is below the national level. Sixthly, the adjustment of industrial structure in Gansu Province makes the industrial structure change to the direction of "advanced". Therefore, in order to further optimize the industrial structure of Gansu Province and its cities (prefectures), it is necessary to strengthen scientific and technological innovation, play the comparative advantages of the region, and strive to improve the development level of agricultural industrialization and rural urbanization.
