摘要 | 随着我国经济发展,社会财富不断增加,人们收入水平逐渐提高,消费占比逐年上升,“超前消费”已逐步被大众接受,促使消费信贷市场迈入蓬勃发展的阶段。目前,我国经济结构中对消费依恃日益增强,政策层面对消费引导和鼓励持续升温,消费信贷市场发展前景十分良好。由于我国地区之间发展不平衡,西北地区经济发展相对落后,消费信贷市场规模相对较小,针对该区域消费贷款风险管理相关研究不足。本文通过研究兰州银行消费信贷业务风险管理现状,剖析存在的问题,提出对应风险管理措施,对于完善商业银行消费信贷风险管理体系,促进我国消费信贷均衡发展意义重大。 本文通过总结国内外相关理论及研究成果,借鉴国际信贷风险管理的优秀经验,在了解我国消费信贷现状的基础上,以兰州银行为研究对象,对该行消费信贷业务风险管理现状进行分析,发现兰州银行在消费信贷风险管理中存在发展不平衡、风险模型缺乏、产品功能单一、经营管理模式落后、缺乏有效风险防范机制等问题,并针对问题从内部管理和外部防控两方面提出相应的措施建议。在内部风险管理方面:加强内部制度建设、建立健全的风险评价和预警体系、加强消费信贷客户经理队伍建设、加强科学技术的运用、加强贷后全流程管理;在外部风险防范上:加强个人信用制度建设、加强政府对消费信贷的监管、发展和完善贷款保险制度、建立消费信贷担保保证制度、调整消费信贷结构、建立发达的消费信贷二级市场。 基于本文研究,一方面,期望能够抛砖引玉,使越来越多的研究学者能够针对此类问题进行分析,也能够给予相关从业人员启示,更有针对性地开展工作。另一方面希望能为兰州银行消费信贷未来健康、稳健发展提供有力支撑,也对金融机构在消费信贷管理方面提供借鉴。 |
英文摘要 | With China's economic development, social wealth continues to increase, people's income level gradually increased, the proportion of consumption increased year by year. “Excessive consumption ” has been gradually accepted by the public, prompting the consumer credit market to enter a stage of vigorous development. At present, the dependence on consumption in China's economic structure is increasing. At the policy level, consumption guidance and encouragement continue to rise. The development prospect of consumer credit market is very good. Due to the unbalanced development among regions in China, the economic development in Northwest China is relatively backward, and the scale of consumer credit market is relatively small, so there is insufficient research on the risk management of consumer credit in this region. This paper studies the current situation of consumer credit risk management in Bank of Lanzhou, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding risk management measures, which is of great significance to improve the consumer credit risk management system of commercial banks and promote the balanced development of consumer credit in China. By summarizing the relevant theories and research results at home and abroad, drawing on the excellent experience of international credit risk management, and on the basis of understanding the current situation of China’s consumer credit, this paper takes Bank of Lanzhou as the research object to analyze the current situation of the bank’s consumer credit business risk management. It is found that there are problems in the consumer credit risk management of Bank of Lanzhou, such as unbalanced development, lack of risk model, single product function, backward management mode, and lack of effective risk prevention mechanism. Corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward from two aspects of internal management and external prevention and control. In the internal risk management : strengthen the internal system construction, establish and improve the risk evaluation and early warning system, strengthen the construction of consumer credit customer manager team, strengthen the use of science and technology, strengthen the whole process management ; on external risk prevention : strengthen the construction of personal credit system, strengthen government supervision of consumer credit, develop and improve the loan insurance system, establish consumer credit guarantee system, adjust the structure of consumer credit, establish a developed consumer credit secondary market. Based on the research in this paper, on the one hand, it is expected to attract more and more researchers to analyze such problems, and to give inspiration to relevant practitioners to carry out more targeted work. On the other hand, it is hoped that it can provide strong support for the healthy and stable development of consumer credit in Bank of Lanzhou in the future, and also provide reference for financial institutions in the management of consumer credit. |
