摘要

在“互联网+”背景下,传统行业和网络实现了深度融合。借助互联网的力量,传统行业的营销模式得到了革新。这种新颖的营销模式不但颠覆了传统的商业模式,也为企业带来了巨大的效益。如今,网络营销已经渗透到各行各业当中,凭借传播速度快、受众面广、低成本等优点成为企业提升自身竞争力的有力武器。对于企业而言,紧跟时代发展潮流、制定科学合理的网络营销策略,已成为发展中应当高度关注的管理问题。学博教育公司作为一家从事学历提升、职业教育等业务的教育公司,自成立以来也建立了网络营销体系,但是所取得的网络营销效果并不明显,和国内大型教育公司的网络营销水平相比还存在一定差距。

鉴于网络营销对教育企业的重要性,本文基于实证分析,对郑州学博教育公司网络营销问题展开系统而深入的研究。文章在结合网络营销理论、借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,对郑州学博教育公司开展网络营销的内部环境和外部环境展开了全面论证和扫描,研究发现:目前郑州学博教育公司在开展网络营销过程中存在产品、价格、渠道、促销等方面的问题。为此,公司应高度重视,建立起清晰的网络营销目标和原则,并重点围绕4P方面进行优化。同时,为确保网络营销策略的顺利实施,还应从网络营销意识、网络营销团队、绩效考核保障、以及网销团队培训等方面建立起相应的保障措施,以此才能确保在新的行业态势下脱颖而出,逐步建立并扩大企业的营销优势。

英文摘要

Thanks to the background of “internet plus”, traditional industries has deeply integrated with the internet. Due to the power of internet, innovation appears in the marketing model of traditional industries. This new business model has not only overthrown the traditional ones, but also brought huge profit to the enterprises. Today, internet business has been involved in all walks of life. Speed, huge coverage, low costs etc. have become the weapons for enterprises to enhance their competitive. As for the enterprises, keeping up with the trend of time, making reasonable internet business model are now main elements requiring great concentration.As an educational company engaged in the promotion of academic qualifications and vocational education, Company Xuebo has achieved rapid development since its establishment.Since its establishment, the network marketing system has also been established, but the network marketing effect is not obvious, and there is a big gap between the network marketing level and that of large domestic education companies.

In view of the importance of network marketing to education enterprises, this paper conducts systematic and thorough research on the network marketing problems of Zhengzhou XueEducation Company based on empirical analysis.Article in the combination of network marketing theory, on the basis of home and abroad, to zhengzhou Xuebo education company to carry out network marketing internal environment and external environment launched a comprehensive demonstration and scan, research shows that zhengzhou Xuebo education company in the process of network marketing products, price, channels, four aspects of promotion.For this purpose, the company should attach great importance so that clear target and principle of internet marketing can be established. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's network marketing plan, the company should also set up corresponding safeguards in terms of network marketing awareness, network marketing team, performance evaluation guarantee, and network marketing team training. By these, the company's marketing advantages can be gradually established and expanded.
