Abstract

       As people's pursuit of spiritual material is getting higher and higher, the cultural industry has ushered in a broad market, and publishing houses have obvious characteristics of industrial culture. It is a manifestation of correct values, a means of expression of cultural wisdom, and the center of industrial culture. The publishing house has always been subordinate to the government, but with the promotion of society, at this stage, it is gradually liberalized and gradually entered the competitive market. However, in the process of changing roles, many problems have emerged, such as cumbersome business processes. In order to further promote the development of publishing houses, these problems need to be solved urgently.

       This article chooses Hope Publishing House as the research object to study its production business process from the perspective of cost control. This article first explains its related concepts and theories, such as cost control. Secondly, it introduces the hope that the publishing house will incur costs in the production business process, and points out its existing problems. The publishing house has a long time to complete the business process, high labor costs for the business process, and the publishing house's backward system. The reasons are analyzed and found Mainly upstream processes affect downstream processes, too many non-value-added processes and insufficient automation support. Based on this, the optimization design of the publishing house is proposed, which mainly optimizes the application number and CIP process, the copyright declaration process, the optimization of the management information system, and the construction of the publication database. Afterwards, the optimized effect is evaluated, and the optimized scheme is further tested.

      Through research, on the one hand, it helps hope publishers optimize their own production processes and improve their competitiveness, and at the same time provide certain experience for other similar publishers to optimize their production processes.
