摘要 | 随着互联网技术迅猛发展和跨国经营领域不断扩大,跨文化沟通的形式也出现了诸多变化。互联网技术在沟通领域的介入也将沟通提升到了云层面,使得企业的管理沟通的范围变得更加广阔,并推动了云组织企业的形成。跨国企业如何利用互联网技术进行有效的跨文化沟通,云组织企业管理过程中如何更有效进行沟通管理,已经成为经营管理中必须面对的重要问题之一。 论文首先以外商独资企业GREEN UTILITY株式会社为研究对象,在梳理大量国内外相关研究文献的基础上,依据沟通模型中的信源、编码、渠道、解码、反馈、环境等沟通环节的员工满意度设计调查问卷,分析公司沟通现状。其次,结合马斯洛需求层次理论,信息不对称理论,人际关系理论等展开分析,发现公司在管理沟通过程中存在如信源数据冗余、编码规范性不足、沟通渠道疏于管理、解码效果不佳、反馈及时性不足、沟通环境不理想等问题。再次,依据公平理论、期望理论等针对上述问题提出如规范信源数据,规范编码格式,整合沟通渠道,规范解码流程,建立反馈时效机制,营造理想的沟通环境等相关建议,从而解决文化差异导致的信源数据不规范、编码规则与解码规则不匹配,沟通渠道选择不当导致沟通内容管理困难,员工沟通积极性不强引起反馈不及时,沟通环境不理想导致沟通效率降低等问题。最后,从组织层面和制度层面提出了措施的实施保障。 本文研究目的是为了提高团队管理者的管理沟通能力和技巧,构建稳定的沟通网络,提高员工沟通积极性,提升公司整体沟通效率,增强团队协同能力,提高企业凝聚力和公司竞争力。 |
英文摘要 | With the rapid development of Internet technology and the continuous expansion of transnational operations, many changes have occurred in the form of cross-cultural communication. The participation of Internet technology in the field of communication has also promoted communication to the cloud level, and make the scope of corporate management communication become broader, and it has promoted the formation of cloud organizations. How multinational companies use Internet technology to carry out effective cross-cultural communication, and how to conduct communication management more effectively in the process of cloud organization and enterprise management has become one of the important issues that must be faced in operation and management. First, the thesis is the research object of GREEN UTILITY Co., Ltd., a wholly foreign-owned enterprise. Based on a large number of relevant research documents at home and abroad, based on the source, coding, channels, decoding, feedback, environment and other communication employees in the communication model Satisfaction survey questionnaire is designed to analyze the current situation of company communication. Secondly, combined with hierarchical theory of needs, asymmetric information theory and human relations theory , etc. It is found that the company’s management communication process includes redundant source data, insufficient coding standards, poor management of communication channels, and decoding effects. Poor, insufficient feedback timeliness, and unsatisfactory communication environment. Third, based on equity theory, expectancy theory, etc. To solve the above problems, such as standardizing the source data, standardizing the encoding format, integrating communication channels, standardizing the decoding process, establishing a feedback time-effective mechanism, creating an ideal communication environment and other related suggestions, so as to solve the non-standard source data and coding rules caused by cultural differences Mismatch with the decoding rules, improper selection of communication channels leads to difficulties in communication content management, poor communication enthusiasm of employees causes untimely feedback, and unsatisfactory communication environment leads to problems such as reduced communication efficiency. Finally, the implementation guarantee of the measures is proposed from the organizational and institutional level. The purpose of this thesis is to improve the management communication skills and skills of team managers, build a stable communication network, improve employee communication motivation, improve the company's overall communication efficiency, enhance team collaboration, improve corporate cohesion and company competitiveness. |
