摘要 | 进入二十一世纪以来,人本主义的管理理念逐渐深入人心,在与管理相关的众多领域学习与研究中,人力资源作为核心内容屡屡提及,而是否可以构建一套行之有效员工培训体系是当下人力资源管理中不可忽视的重要因素。员工培训体系构建作为企业人力资源管理工作中重要的一个环节,是企业在人力资源方面能否支撑整个企业可持续发展的关键,这对初创企业来说尤为重要。良好的员工培训体系可以有效并持续提高员工的综合素养与业务能力,提升员工与企业发展的匹配度与一致性,进而提升整个人力资源管理与企业发展的黏性与吻合度,从而增加企业的核心竞争力以促进企业的可持续发展。 河南谙诺士实业有限公司(简称谙诺士公司)是在我国“大众创业、万众创新”的大背景下成立的以企业资产管理、实业投资业务为主的企业。本文以谙诺士公司为研究对象,以员工培训体系构建理论、员工培训学习理论、培训成果转化理论、柯氏四级评估模型等基础理论为指导,运用文献研究法、调查问卷法、访谈法等研究方法,对谙诺士公司员工培训体系存在的问题进行深层次剖析。 本文针对谙诺士公司现状,主要在优化员工培训管理体系、优化员工培训需求调研、优化员工培训内容设计、重构培训评估与反馈机制、优化培训体系实施的保障机制等五个方面提出优化方案与对策。其中,通过成立员工培训管理小组、完善员工培训制度建设、完善员工培训流程等措施进行管理体系的优化;优化 培训需求调研主要以打通需求调研通道、规范需求调研流程等方式实现;评估与反馈机制在反应层、学习层、行为层、成果层四个层次进行设计;结合公司现状,从资源保障、财务保障、制度保障三个方面开展保障机制建设。本文希望通过对谙诺士公司员工培训体系的优化完善,为公司实现可持续发展的战略构想提供相应保障,以期对类似企业的员工培训体系优化提供有建设性意义的借鉴、参考。 |

Compared with start-ups, this is particularly important. A good employee training system can effectively and continuously improve the comprehensive literacy and business capabilities of employees, enhance the matching and consistency between employees and the development of the company, and then enhance the consistency and consistency of the entire human resource management and corporate development, thereby increasing the company's Core competitiveness to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Henan Annuoshi Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as Annuoshi Corporation) is an enterprise mainly engaged in enterprise asset management and industrial investment business established under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in my country. This article takes the knowledge of Nuosi company as the research object, guided by basic theories such as employee training system construction theory, employee training learning theory, training result transformation theory, Koch's four-level evaluation model, etc., using literature research method, questionnaire method, interview method And other research methods to conduct in-depth analysis of the problems in the staff training system of the company. Based on the current situation of The company, this article proposes optimization plans in five aspects: optimizing the employee training management system, optimizing employee training needs research, optimizing the design of employee training content, reconstructing the training evaluation and feedback mechanism, and optimizing the guarantee mechanism for the implementation of the training system.. Among them, the management system is optimized by establishing employee training management team, improving the construction of employee training system, and improving employee training process;Training demand research is mainly realized by opening demand research channels and standardizing demand research processes; the evaluation and feedback mechanism is designed at the four levels of response layer, learning layer, behavior layer, and result layer; Based on the company's current situation, the construction of the guarantee mechanism is carried out from three aspects: resource guarantee, financial guarantee and system guarantee. This article hopes that through the optimization and improvement of the staff training system of the company, it will provide corresponding guarantee for the company to realize the strategic concept of sustainable development, in order to provide constructive reference and reference for the optimization of the staff training system of similar enterprises. |
