摘要	Chinese family enterprises are in the dual stress of the power transmission and business transformation. It is important how to cultivate the trust between members of the family of internal and external professional managers. By analyzing the lack of trust within the members of the family business and the trust barriers among professional managers, the article explores building the trust mechanism of the family business.
