摘要	This paper is constructed an enterprise innovation model by analyzing interactive learning process between knowledge chain organizations. Based on basic model assumptions, it analyzes deeply the effect of knowledge input decision-making of knowledge chain node enterprise knowledge on the knowledge input decision-making of its downstream node enterprise as well as the innovation output capacity of the entire chain. Then it explores the sustainability of corporate innovation ability further.
