摘要	In recent years, with the development of the global economy and the arrival of the Internet, the media form is changing, which has spawned a lot of new media. The emergence of these new media to the traditional paper media has brought no small impact, there have been predicted that it will be lost in such a wave of. Emerging media appears to be a double-edged sword, for the traditional paper media has advantages and disadvantages, how to use good this double-edged sword is our primary problem, I only take the local market in Lanzhou as an example.
