摘要

近年来,区块链技术在全球范围内的影响越来越大,许多领域开始引用区块
链作为基础技术架构,探索新的发展模式,新闻传播行业也是如此。在当下新闻
传播中虚假新闻泛滥、原创内容保护难、公众信任缺失、商业模式难以持续等困
境下,区块链技术与新闻业的结合已经在业内试行,给新闻传播良性发展提供了
新的解决方案。
本文通过案例分析和参与式观察的研究方法,对区块链技术在新闻传播中的
的落地实践发起讨论,对业内极具代表性的区块链新闻平台 Civil 进行了考察。
研究发现,基于区块链技术的去中心化、共享自治、不可篡改、全程留痕等技术
特征,Civil 新闻平台在新闻生产模式去中心化、传播模式上公平防篡、代币激
励经营管理、有效信息追踪和商业模式可持续的方面做出了积极探索并且取得了
一定成效。
本文认为,尽管区块链技术能在一定程度上激励用户有效、有序地进行优质
内容的生产,为传媒行业带来颠覆式的创新与影响。但在实际发展中,也面临着
技术壁垒和技术乌托邦的困境,无法真正的去中心化和保证内容完全真实,在商
业稳定性和用户认知上仍需做出巨大努力。因此,未来很长一段时间,仍然将作
为补充而非替代的辅助方案出现。本篇论文的目的在于是通过研究区块链的技术
发展,进一步完善区块链技术与媒体行业结合应用方面较为空缺的理论研究,为
区块链技术如何优化新闻业系统布局和未来转型发展提供参考。

英文摘要
In recent years, the influence of blockchain technology on a global scale has become greater and greater. Many industries have begun to use blockchain as an infrastructure to explore new development models, as is the field of news dissemination. In the current news dissemination, under the predicament of the proliferation of false news, the difficulty of original content protection, the lack of public trust, and the unsustainable business model, the combination of blockchain technology and journalism has been tried out in the industry, providing a new solution for the sound development of news dissemination Program.
Based on the research methods of case analysis and participatory observation, this paper initiates a discussion on the landing practice of blockchain technology in news dissemination, and investigates the industry's representative blockchain news platform Civil. The study found that, based on the technical characteristics of blockchain technology such as decentralization, shared autonomy, non-tampering, and full trace retention, the Civil news platform is decentralized in news production mode, fair and tamper-proof in communication mode, token incentive management, Effective information tracking and sustainable aspects of the business model have been actively explored and some results have been achieved.
This article believes that although blockchain technology can to a certain extent inspire users to effectively and orderly produce high-quality content, it will bring subversive innovation and influence to the media industry. However, in actual development, it is also faced with the dilemma of technical barriers and technological utopia. It is impossible to truly decentralize and realize the content is completely authentic. It still needs to make great efforts in commercial stability and user perception. Therefore, for a long period of time in the future, it will still appear as a supplement rather than a substitute. The purpose of this paper is to further improve the relatively vacant theoretical research on the combined application of blockchain technology and the media industry by studying the technological development of blockchain, and to provide information on how to
optimize the layout of the news industry system and the future transformation and development of blockchain technology reference.
