    习近平总书记指出，中医药学是“祖先留给我们的宝贵财富”，是“中华民 族的瑰宝”，是“打开中华文明宝库的钥匙”①。中医药文化是中国人民几千年创 造的中医药物质财富和精神财富，是中华民族优秀传统文化重要组成部分。皇甫 谧中医药理论自问世以来，受到无论是医学行业或是文学、历史等行业的热衷追 捧，使得皇甫谧针灸作为中华医学文明远远超出一个地域文化的概念，成为世界 医学宝库的重要组成部分，皇甫谧也因此成为世界级历史文化名人。

    灵台有着几千年的历史和中医药文化的积淀，留下了光荣的古商周文明，努 力在现代市场经济浪潮中崛起，寻求经济突破，并紧跟现代文明的步伐，这是灵 台人必须肩负起的责任与义务②。依托皇甫谧中医药文化，做好发展大文章，使灵 台褒有区别于其他城市的特色。因此，应该在从“治已病”向“治未病”健康中 国战略面前顺势而为，高度重视皇甫谧中医药文化的传播，同时对其展开专门、 细致的研究。

    论文从传播学的角度出发，以灵台皇甫谧中医药文化为样本，详细分析了皇 甫谧中医药文化在当代社会传播过程中的问题与不足，笔者认为在喊出建设社会 主义文化强国最强音的时代，灵台县皇甫谧中医药文化并没有得以充分的挖掘与 利用，文化传播疲力。

    本文认为可基于推动社会主义先进文化更加深入人心、开创全民族文化创造 活力这个大背景，借政府之手赋彩氛围塑造、凝聚品牌力量，铺就知名度、涵养 灵台皇甫谧中医药文化品质，铸就产业、打造团队，彰显人才力量，努力打破灵 台皇甫谧中医药文化传播乏力的藩篱，做好皇甫谧中医药文化资源的挖掘与传播 工作，进一步为造福灵台县发挥其潜能。期望在灵台大地上滋生的文化艺术瑰宝 “皇甫谧中医药文化”能将璀璨光芒闪耀苍穹。

    Lingtai has thousands of years of history and the accumulation of traditional Chinese medicine culture, leaving behind the glorious ancient Shang and Zhou civilization, strive to rise in the tide of modern market economy, seek economic breakthrough, and keep up with the pace of modern civilization, which is the responsibility and obligation of Lingtai people. Relying on the traditional Chinese medicine culture of Huangfumi, Lingtai Bao will be distinguished from other cities by the development of great articles. Therefore, in the face of the Chinese strategy of "curing the disease" to "curing the disease", we should take advantage of the situation, attach great importance to the spread of TCM culture of Huangfumi, and carry out special and detailed research on it.
