摘要
金融科技尤其是区块链的发展为供应链金融的优化升级注入了强劲动力,区块链自身的天然优势可以满足供应链金融发展诉求,突破供应链金融发展瓶颈,更好地促进供应链金融的可持续发展。但任何技术与金融的融合应用都会产生新的风险,区块链和供应链金融也不例外。因此,有必要对区块链和供应链金融的融合应用风险进行深入剖析,发挥区块链在供应链金融场景中的最优效应,更好地服务实体经济。
本文梳理了国内外有关区块链和供应链融合的相关文献,并对相关理论进行了筛选整理,深入分析了区块链供应链的融合路径和平台的风险问题,并对区块链风险的识别等相关问题进行了重点探讨。在风险监管视角下,对现行区块链供应链金融平台进行全面优化升级,包括增加相关功能性系统模块,并嵌入内部监管平台,规范供应链金融的运营和监管,形成数字经济环境下供应链金融发展的新型架构。除此之外,建议政府等外部监管部门应积极提升监管能力,形成区块链供应链金融发展的新型架构,构建风险监管完备的区块链供应链金融生态圈。
英文摘要
The development of financial technology, especially the blockchain, has injected strong impetus into the optimization and upgrading of supply chain finance. The natural advantages of blockchain can meet the development demands of supply chain finance, break through the bottleneck of supply chain finance development, and better promote supply chain finance. Sustainable development. But any fusion application of technology and finance will generate new risks, and blockchain and supply chain finance are no exception. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the risks of the integrated application of blockchain and supply chain finance, to give full play to the optimal effect of blockchain in the supply chain finance scenario, and to better serve the real economy.
This article sorts out the relevant literature on the integration of blockchain and supply chain at home and abroad, and sorts out related theories, deeply analyzes the integration path of the blockchain supply chain and the risk of the platform, and discusses the risk of the blockchain. Relevant issues such as identification are focused on. From the perspective of risk supervision, comprehensively optimize and upgrade the current blockchain supply chain financial platform, including adding relevant functional system modules, and embedding the internal supervision platform, standardizing the operation and supervision of supply chain finance, and forming a supply chain in a digital economy environment A new structure for financial development. In addition, it is recommended that the government and other external regulatory agencies should actively improve their regulatory capabilities, form a new structure for the development of blockchain supply chain finance, and build a blockchain supply chain financial ecosystem with complete risk
