摘要

       5G技术赋能,数字经济爆发。迅速发展的信息通信技术具有极高的渗透性,它引发的革命性发展使得数字经济迅速向三次产业渗透扩展,现如今数字经济已经融入到我们生产生活的方方面面。本文以数字经济为研究对象,在分析数字经济影响经济增长的理论基础上,运用灰色关联度和PLS结构方程模型分析方法,量化研究数字经济与经济增长变量之间复杂的相关关系,以及数字经济对我国经济增长的作用机制和影响路径。

   研究结果表明:第一,数字经济与经济增长之间存在明显的正相关关系,关联度达到0.704,数字经济能有效拉动经济增长;第二,数字经济与三次产业增加值的关联度均高于0.540,关联度呈现第三产业高于第二产业、第二产业高于第一产业的特点;第三,数字经济的“三化”——数字产业化、产业数字化和数字化治理分别通过信息传输提升技术创新和要素积累水平,进而拉动经济增长。数字经济发展水平每提高一个百分点,技术创新能力和要素积累水平分别提高0.896个百分点和0.846个百分点,对经济增长的总效应达到0.865个百分点。针对上述结论,本文提出通过推动产业和区域的数字化协调发展、提高数据资源开放共享水平、加快企业数字化转型进程、提升数字经济治理能力来提高中国数字经济发展水平。

英文摘要

5G technology enables the digital economy to explode. The permeability of the rapid development of information and communication technologies is very high, it causes the revolutionary development of the digital economy and rapidly expand to the three industry penetration. Nowadays the digital economy has been integrated into all aspects of our production and lives. This paper takes digital economy as the research object. Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis of the digital economy’s impact on economic growth, Grey Relation Analysis and the PLS structural equation model analysis method are used to quantitatively study the complex correlation between the digital economy and economic growth variables, as well as the mechanism and influence on China's economic growth.

The research results show that: First, there is an obvious positive correlation between the digital economy and economic growth, with a correlation of 0.704, and the digital economy can effectively promote economic growth; The second, the correlation between the digital economy and the added value of the three industries is higher than 0.540, the degree of relevance presents the characteristics that the tertiary industry is higher than the secondary industry, and the secondary industry is higher than the primary industry; The third, the "three modernizations" of the digital economy-digital industrialization, industrial digitalization and digital governance are respectively through information transmitted to improve the level of technological innovation and factor accumulation, which in turn stimulates economic growth. For every one percentage point increase in the level of digital economy development, the level of technological innovation and factor accumulation will increase by 0.896 percentage points and 0.846 percentage points respectively, and the total effect on economic growth will reach 0.865 percentage points. In response to the above conclusions, this paper proposes to improve the development level of China's digital economy by promoting the coordinated development of digitalization of industries and regions, improving the level of open sharing of data resources, accelerating the process of digital transformation of enterprises, and improving the governance capabilities of the digital economy.
