本文对经济发展不充分不平衡构建评价指标体系，赋权方法采用熵值法，测度中国西部2010-2019年经济发展的不充分及不平衡，基于GIS空间可视化手段对其进行空间展示，采用系统聚类法直观展示其各省份之间相似与变动情况，采用Dagum基尼系数研究经济发展不充分不平衡的区域内部及区域间差异，采用传统、空间马尔可夫链的转移概率矩阵来研究区域经济发展不充分不平衡的空间动态演变特征。

结果表明：（1）总体差异，西部地区经济发展不充分不平衡的高低差距越来越大；贡献率，经济发展不充分不平衡差异程度区域内部大于区域间；（2）区域内差异，西部各区域内经济发展不充分的差异在2016年前高低起伏但在之后越来越大，且西北大于西南大于西部其他地区；西部各区域内经济发展不平衡的差异十年间越来越大，且西南大于西北大于西部其他地区；（3）地区间差异，西部各区域间经济发展不充分的差异在2016年前高低起伏但在之后越来越大，且西南西北地区间大于西北和西部其他地区间大于西南和西部其他地区间；近十年西部各区域间经济发展不平衡的差异越来越大；西南和西北地区间经济发展不平衡差异程度在西部各地区间最大；（4）时空特征，中国区域经济发展不充分不平衡演变过程的时空特征转移在地理上并不孤立，省域与相邻区域经济发展不充分不平衡有较大的相关性，在2010-2019年中，西部各省经济发展不充分不平衡存在较大的稳定性；经济发展越不充分不平衡的地区稳定性越高；经济发展不充分不平衡更倾向于向邻近更充分平衡状态转移。

In this paper, the evaluation index system of economic development is constructed. The entropy method is used to measure the economic development of Western China from 2010 to 2019. The spatial analysis is based on GIS spatial visualization. The dagum Gini coefficient is used to study the regional internal and inter regional differences of economic development The transfer probability matrix of Markov chain is used to study the spatial dynamic evolution characteristics of regional economic development.

The results show that: (1) the overall difference, the gap between the high and low of the economic development in the western region is growing; the contribution rate, the degree of the economic development in the inner region is greater than that in the inter region; (2) the difference within the region, the difference of the economic development in the western region fluctuates before 2016, but it becomes larger and larger after 2016, and the difference in the northwest is greater than that in the southwest In the past ten years, the imbalance of economic development in the western regions has been increasing, and the difference between the southwest and the northwest is greater than that in the other regions of the western region; (3) the difference between regions, the difference of insufficient economic development in the western regions fluctuated before 2016, but it has been increasing since then, and the difference between the southwest and the northwest is greater than that in the northwest and the other regions of the western region, and the difference between the southwest and the western region is greater than that in the other regions of the western region In recent ten years, the imbalance of economic development among different regions in the West has become more and more serious; the imbalance of economic development between the southwest and northwest regions is the largest among the western regions; (4) spatial and temporal characteristics: the spatial and temporal characteristics of China's regional economic development are not isolated geographically, and the economic development between provinces and adjacent regions is not fully balanced In 2010-2019, the economic development of the western provinces is insufficient and unbalanced, and there is greater stability; the more insufficient the economic development is, the higher the stability of the unbalanced regions is; the insufficient and unbalanced economic development tends to transfer to the more fully balanced state of the neighboring regions.
