摘要

  二十一世纪以来,在互联网电商平台的压力之下,各大零售业巨头争相抢占线上零售领域,电商企业与实体零售相互结合的案例屡见不鲜。在这种价值整合中,各方主体都希望通过相互间优势互补与价值链整合实现协同增效。然而整合目的、整合目标、整合策略等方面的有效评价影响着整合是否增效以及整合后企业的运营发展。因此本文选取永辉超市为例,剖析其价值链整合对永辉财务绩效的影响,以期为零售企业的健康发展提供借鉴意义。

  首先,本文通过研究归纳国内外有关价值链理论的文献及成果进行文献评述,并阐述本文所应用的价值链理论、协同效应理论为后文的财务绩效分析打造一定的理论基础。

  其次,本文以永辉超市价值链整合为案例分析主题,对永辉价值链整合进行全面剖析后发现,永辉超市价值链整合引进外部先进的战略、技术、运营、资金等各个方面来弥补企业自身缺口,以提高市场竞争力为目的。永辉整合所实施策略主要从内部、外部两方面进行,内部通过营销模式对接线上线下,并借力京东、腾讯信息平台进行精准营销;外部则基于价值链延伸进行整合。

  经以上研究发现,在价值链整合过程中对企业管理、经营以及财务方面均产生协同效应,因此本文在协同效应视角下经财务绩效进行分析,结合 EVA 值变化进行综合评价发现:第一,价值链整合使永辉超市拓展了市场并获取了协同效应, 各类财务绩效指标整体呈向好趋势;第二,经计算永辉超市经济增加值在价值链整合后逐步上升,企业价值逐步增加,说明永辉进行价值链整合促进了自身发展。

  最后,经过对永辉超市进行价值链整合的综合分析得出具有针对性的结论, 归纳出价值链整合的启示以及本文研究的不足,以期对互联网、电商企业与零售业之间的价值链整合研究起到添砖加瓦的作用。

英文摘要

  Since the 21st century, the major retail giants have competed to seize offline retail resources under the threat of the Internet. Therefore, there are many online and offline integration of the cases emerging. In this kind of resource integration, the main body of all parties hopes to reach a greater impact than their individual efforts by complementing each others advantages and integrating their value chains. However, choosing the appropriate object and path will affect the success of integration and the healthy development of the whole society economy. Therefore, this paper chooses Yonghui Superstores as an example to analyze the impact of its value chain integration on its financial performance, in order to provide reference for the healthy development of enterprises.

  First of all, this paper combs the existing value chain theory results based on domestic and foreign literature research, and expounds the value chain theory and synergy theory applied in this paper to build a certain theoretical basis for the financial performance analysis.

  Secondly, this paper takes Yonghui Superstores’ value chain integration as a case study object, analyzing the dynamics, paths and performance of the chain integration. It is found that the value chain integration is aimed at the introduction of external advanced strategy, technology, operation, capital and other aspects to fill the gap in the enterprise itself, in order to improve market competitiveness. Its integration path includes the internal and external aspects. The internal value chain integration accomplished the online and offline integration through the O2O strategy , and finished the information and technology integration by JD.com and Tencent data platform. External integration accomplished the integration based on upstream procurement and downstream marketing integration.

  After the above research results, it is found that in the process of value chain integration, there are synergies in enterprise management, operation and finance. Therefore, this paper analyzes the financial performance of Yonghui Superstores’ value chain integration process from the perspective of synergy, and evaluates the changes of EVA indicators. Firstly, through analysis, it is found that the value chain integration makes Yonghui Superstores expand the market and obtain synergies, so that all kinds of financial performance indicators show a good trend overall. Secondly, combined with EVA indicators to evaluate the overall performance of Yonghui Superstores, it is found that the comprehensive performance indicators have improved, indicating that the integration of the value chain has played a positive role in promoting Yonghui supermarket.

  Finally, this paper draws conclusions through the comprehensive analysis of the value chain integration of Yonghui Superstores, and puts forward some suggestions and enlightenment for this book, in order to do owns little bit to help the research of the value chain integration between Internet enterprises and retail industry.
